If I could give you a zero i would- I ordered the wrong lights but too expensive and a hassle to send them back
I am excited to put these lights on my Gladiator, but it would have been nice to have instructions to install them. I am a complete novice at this and fear I will have to hire someone to put them in.

Screw this company they do not take care of you
I have had an issue for the last 8 months and they ask for video after video and then thank me for my "patience". Screw you. They will not replace nor will they call you on the phone $600+ wasted
Do not use them ever.
Now their product sits in my garage in a competitor's box awaiting shipment BUT they will not take a call or anything else. They will not warranty or take the headlights back to even do their own diagnosis on the isse as I now have the lights OUT OF MY Gladiator because the do not light up the road in NORMAL headlight mode. Now to be fair they did work at first but first it was the right, please send a video. Then the other one did the same thing SO I swapped them for Oracles (which I should have done in the first place).
This company needs to step up and take care of this, BUT THEY WILL NOT.
Easy and straightforward. The extra wires were a little tricky to get stuffed back into OEM housing but I managed and it looks great!

My order seemed to be taking longer than usual. I had to reach out twice to confirm my order. On the first to see why I got a shipping confirmation but no tracking info after a few days. On the second time I reached out because UPS had not received package yet. Right after I reached out UPS got the package. Coincidence or not still not fast shipping like they say even though I'm in Washington and they're in Cali.

Delivery was quick and packaging was simple! I am by no means a mechanic and install took no more than 15 mins. Some instructions in the packaging would have been helpful but there's enough to go off of on the website! Would recommend to anyone looking to add a little flare to their ride.

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
Answer: Scam! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They STILL haven't replaced a defective headlight even though I'm under a 1 year warranty.
