These boots are fantastic. The fit was right on the mark. The sole is rugged and perfect for riding. They were pretty stiff on day one but I pushed through. I also placed them on the back deck in the sun for a few hours and then wore them again and it was like the just settled in and fit to my feet perfect. I bought these boots as a second pair to wear once in awhile but I find myself wearing them daily as my primary boot. Highly recommended.

I spent over $225.00 on Frye harness boots that were rated as "very comfortable" and I wanted to buy a USA product. Turned out that the Fry's were very uncomfortable and were to narrow with cosmetic defects to boot. I ordered these Xelement boots, and while they are not USA made they are extremely comfortable! I am 6'2" and 300 lbs. It is like walking on clouds, all day! The leather is very thick and breaks in very quickly with minimal discomfort while doing so. The only issue I see is that the treads are wearing a bit quick after wearing them 4-5 times. They have the goodyear welt construction and can be resoled when needed. I also like the fact that the harness is very snug and not flopping around after break in. The only suggestions I have are to offer a wide with, but these are pretty much tolerable for someone needing an "E" width. I would also like to see a sole that would wear a bit better. That being said these are a great deal for the price!

Had some doubts about Leatherup because of all the 5 star ratings with very few below 4 but I have to say I am pleased with everything I ordered, jacket, boots, and chaps.

On the boots, they are nice, I wear a size 9 and ordered 9 and they fit just fine. I do wear orthotics so some of the complaints about the heel lifting up when wallking is not a problem for me but even so, without the orthotics they seem fine.

They are comfortable, well made (at least as far as I can tell as I have only worn a few times) and fit the bill perfectly for what I was looking for.

I would recommend to friends to buy this boot and can see why it is the most popular boot Leatherup offers.

I selected these boots mainly based on the review from Joseph in CT. The other reviews were helpful also. They arrived in just a few days which is a very reasonable amount of time. The boots are soft and sized very well for my foot. My left boot fit perfectly and is extremely comfortable. The right foot is a little snugger and will required a little break-in time. This is not the fault of the boot. My right foot is slightly snugger because of the way it healed after breaking it 35 years ago. This is a common occurrence for me when I buy any shoes. Even sneaker type. I feel good in these boots and the heel adds a little to my height so look out world. Here comes another guy with added confidence who is in his early 60's and feels like he is 40. You can't ask for more than that.

these boots arrived early, ordered a size 10 1/2.since i wear a 10 1/2 in tennis shoes. received a 10 1/2. the quality seeems good good will see about how well they hold up. they will be worn daily and i ride daily. so far very comfortable. i did need need to put on a thick pair of socks to take up the slack in the heel. the rest of the foot fit just right. with the thick socks the fit is very good. the throat seems a bit large but does allow for your foot to slide in easy and to remove boots. so that is a plus for me. no fighting to get them on and off. i have worn lace up boots for many yrs so slip on boots are new to me but im very pleased overall on the feel of them and the look of them. thanks leather up!!! will deffo purchase more items from you... the wife sees my cart adding up and is shaking her head at me...xmas is coming up !!!

Wow. What well made boots. They came in just a few days. The sole is heavy duty and has good traction on wet surfaces. The leather is of high quality and very supple for how thick it is. The inside has great arch support and a surprisingly comfortable insole. I have wide Fred Flintstone feet and have no problem with them. I wear a 13 wide in most shoes, and was concerned about getting these in just a 13. Honestly, they may be one of the most comfortable pairs of footwear I own. I did a fair amount of searching on the internet before buying, and trust me, you won't beat the price either! Well-made, comfortable, and a good price. What more can you ask for?

My second review on these boots. I've worn them for two years now and they are wearing very well. Finally getting the left boot to show wear from shifting. lol I've worn them in the cold and my feet stay warm. I v'e worn them in the rain and my feet stayed dry. I use them from time to time as my favorite pair of slippers. They're comfortable, durable and good looking. Compare them to boots at twice the price. You will not be dissapointed.

I ordered these boots to replace my 13" harness boots with normal soles. The boots arrived yesterday and the quality of the leather is fantastic. I tried them on and the support and comfort of the foot bed is far superior to my older pair. I got the lug soles for better traction on varying surfaces. The fit is perfect . I wear a size 10 shoe and a 9.5 boot. These boots fit perfectly in size 9.5. I'm certain these boots will last many years. Excellent price on an excellent boot.
