I really like these gloves and purchased them a second time after my first pair were stolen off my bike. Those were approx 2 years old and held up great. They are a mid temp glove not really made to be warm winter gloves but are great on cool days and mornings. Great Glove at this price!

BUT - how are they still getting away with calling these carbon fiber?? I'm not a material scientist, I'm an engineer. I haven't analysed the fibers so this is my opinion: the "Hard carbon fiber knuckle protectors" and "Hard carbon fiber finger protectors" are THIN plastic (like on a clamshell style package) over what appears to be the same nylon used on the rest of the glove.....
I read the reviews and knew what I was getting going into this, but if I had expected that plastic area to be carbon fiber / resin composite like you see car parts built out of, I would have sent them back sorely disappointed. It is a textile material under a thin flexible platic cover.
False advertising. Plain and simple, but if you know what you're buying they are worth it and I would buy again.

I have to say I am very impressed - as always with leatherup.com - and if you want a pair of gauntlet gloves that protects your hands and keeps them warm then these are the pair for you. I shopped around for a few days on a nice pair of gloves for a decent price and whenever I google for anything related to riding for a good price on the internet as well as quality leatherup.com com will win every time.
Good gloves for the price. I should've tried another glove instead, but I went for the because of the price. Will work as basic protection. I wouldn't do a track day with them, they just don't seem as durable as my Joe Rockett's. But the JR's were $60.00 more! to be expected. Should have given 4 stars over all just because of the price, my bad.
These glove are ok. They seem to be of fair enough quality for the price but they are by no means a high-quality glove. They are a little bit small.. I'm an XL and they are a little bit tight/stiff but they may still need to break in. My main issue is that they insides at the finger tips have a really noticeable seam that rubs against the tips of your fingers and can be uncomfortable. But hey if you're on a budget they are good enough gloves that will save your skin should the worst happen. Just don't expect the quality feel and durability of an $80 pair of gloves.
Awesome gloves. They are nice and flexible, breathe well and are very comfortable. Excellent purchase and way to support the POW/MIA cause and issues. WE NEED TO NEVER FORGET...We still have missing soldiers from all wars, never give up until they all come home (alive or their remains)! You would want us to come and get you, wouldn't you? Bring them home or send us back!!!!
NIce gloves. They fit well and are reasonably priced. They go great with my pow-mia patched vest and my patriot edition Harley Softtail Custom.
Nice gloves for the price fit is perfect and so are the looks. cant read all the writing it blends togather on the small print.

Doe these run from per say a 36 to a 34 or two full sizes 34 to a 30?
The gloves are excellent in comfort and fit as well as a way to remember those of us who didn't make it home from Vietnam. Given the opportuniity I would go back in a minute in order to find them one way or another. I will never forget them, Never!!
The jacket I ordered (xs 1969) arrived in 4 days. It was perfect. Everybody I showed it to said it was a great deal for the money. Stylish and loaded with features. I liked the fact that it had a zip out liner and it was light weight so the that I could roll it up and stash it in my saddle bag. Living in New England you have to be ready for anything.
The first time I tried it out on a warm day with the vents open it was very comfortable on my ride.
I was a little nervous about ordering from a company on the internet but, I had no problems, everything was fine. I would recommend this jacket to anyone. Normally I take a medium but I ordered a large which gives me just enough room to wear layers when cold weather riding comes along. For the price you can't go wrong with this jacket and leather-up.
