I'm 5'8" with a medium gut and the 3X fits great. A 2x might have been okay but the 3X is roomy enough for the lining and more. Best of all it looks great! I was worried that the "Buffalo"hide might be stiff but it is wonderful! Supple and very nice finish. I made it downright buttery soft by applying conditioner (Lexol) and running it through the dryer for an hour on low setting--it came out beautifully! The armor is not even noticeable; the shoulders look natural. A friend just bought a jacket locally for twice as much and it is not nearly as nice, no kidding. I'm very pleased!
Awesome motorcycle jacket for amazing low price. I am 5'8", 165 lbs, not fat, and usually like to wear Large t-shirts. Ordered a Medium, and zipped out the liner since I never use it anyway, fits perfect. Vents work extremely well, big difference from my other unvented jacket. On a really hot day, soak your t-shirt in water and wear under this jacket with the vents open, works great. The armor stays in place, and I even sewed in a d3o back piece to add some protection. Jacket doesn't balloon with air when riding due to the vents in the back, and the leather is really tough. Neck is not too tight when snapped as well as wrists. Only downside is that the front pockets are positioned really far back, so it's tough to open them when riding if you're trying to get some money for tolls. Seems like the vent zippers are in the position that you'd naturally expect the pocket zippers to be. However, I accept this shortcoming as it's a small price to pay for the great venting. Get this jacket, you won't regret it.

bought XL had to return it too small received new jacket within a week of sending old one back very heavy leather good quality awesome customer service will be buying a lot more from this site for sure
Living in the northeast region, the jacket has done well in the cold weather. The comfort of the jacket has fit me well. I'm loving the jacket and how warm it keeps me in 30degree weather.
Heavy, seemingly durable and tough, and warm. The big question for many people here is fit. I'm 6'3", 210 pounds and got an XL. It has plenty of room for me, and sleeve length is just right. I think I'm going to be very happy with this jacket.
I got this jacket and it seems of good quality, good venting and all my zippers are ykk zippers which is nice and they are all metal. The zip out liner is thin but easy to get in and out. Though the elastic loops for the buttons on the inside to hold the liner in place was not stitched in properly so pulled loose on 2 out of 4. Overall its a nice jacket, heavy and solid. And the price was amazing. The sleeves done have the webbing for the sleeve zippers but do have buttons at the neck and wrists which is nice. I will look to buy from them in the future.

I just received my jacket this past weekend. It surpassed my expectations! This is a heavy, great quality leather jacket. It is extremely well made. I am 6 ft tall and weigh about 230 lbs. I ordered a 3XL as I plan to use it for colder temps with a sweatshirt. This will be perfect. If not for that, a 2XL would have been fine too as the 3XL is just a little large on me. I am very happy and will definitely order again from LeatherUp.

These are great! I bought these and the jacket. I have ridden in 30 degree weather without the slightest chill. I love that they come in tall sizes.
QUALITY GLOVE, LIGHT WEIGHT, VERY FLEXIBLE FINGERS, VERY COMFORTABLE TO WEAR, WARM. HAVEN'T TESTED THEM BELOW 50*F . RECOMMEND ORDERING ONE SIZE LARGER. PURCHASED A PAIR FOR MY WIFE, SAME QUALITY AND FIT AS ABOVE.
This is the latest in my large collection of Bomber Jackets. The lining is fairly easy to remove giving you an exceptionally nice medium weight leather jacket. The leather for the jacket is the softest I've ever seen! It makes my "butter smooth" jackets seem like rawhide. This jacket truly rates six out of five stars. It is the best in my collection. It gets my highest recommendation.
I can't believe the quality of this jacket for the price.Years ago I bought a M.C. jacket for 400.00 and this one is better.It fits right and is of excellent quality.You can't go wrong with this jacket.
just the style and quality i was searching for at a good price. still breaking in the jacket but highly recommend it. fit is tight before breaking in so order a size up.
I like the fit of the jacket, The look of the jacket and the softness of the leather. How ever there are flaws. Parts inside are not died properly. Also it loooks like something adrasive was run along the seam on the inside of the zipper. Lastly the liner rolls up in back and is not very warm.
I was a little leary at first, but read the only review at the time and decided to "go for it" I am so glad I did and in fact just ordered one in black as well. Pay attention to the sizing chart and your jacket will fit.
I've never given anyone an overall top rating, but everything went so well. The jacket is great- fits well, very soft and great quality leather, ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I had been looking at the same type of jackets at $200 to $300 and this is better then any of them. Thank you
