The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Wow, I would rate these pants right up there with the best costing 100's more. Excellent material, first class stitching. High quality heavy leather, with the feel of your favorite jeans, fine fit. I really like the deep pockets, front and back, never worry about anything falling out as you ride.
As usual, Leatherup is still the best in my book.
Thank you :)
I wear a 32 in jeans so I ordered a 34 for these pants. Perfect fit! The only complaint is that they are not very long in the legs. They are perfect standing, but they come up to the top of my boots riding. I would like to see them longer so I could cut them to the correct length.
great pants for the price. when measuring length make sure you measure when sitting on the bike not standing or they will be too short! only complaint is the pockets..all the seams fell apart.. looked at the seams one row of stitching and material is all frayed. dont put anything in pockets you dont want to lose
Excellent quality. They are a bit snug but have loosened up after wearing a few times. I wear these tucked inside tall M/C boots and they work great.
Well made from high quality leather. Very nice at a very good price. If there is one aspect I would be concerned about it is that the inseam is a bit short. I have long legs and a 34" inseam and a 34" waist is my usual fit. Although the jeans came with a little longer than the advertised 33" inseam, I would like to have a little more length so I can fold the cuffs under and glue them for a more finished look than the "cut to fit" method. If you have shorter legs or don't mind the cut off look, you really cannot go wrong with these!
These pants are really heavy duty. The button on the front is really hard to undo so know that now !!! I slide into these pants because of that. They are a quality pair of pants that give you the biker look. I'm not really into chaps because the seem kinda silly to me for guys, more for the girls. So I choose leather pants instead. A good deal or the money.
These are a great pair of pants for the price you can't beat them.
Thank Leatherup.

Long story - short...these pants are very nice. Ordered and received in a timely fashion. Immeditately got an e-mail from LeatherUp soliciting a review....I waited. Wore the pants 3 times and the right pocket shredded inside. Called LeatherUp and they provided a return shipping authorization, stating the repair would take about 3 weeks...OR they would provide $15 for me to have repaired locally. I opted to have them make the repair. 4 to 5 weeks later, received a package from LeatherUp and found my pants returned. But, SURPRISE, no repair had been made - NOTHING!!! Called LeatherUp customer service to find out what happened. They apologized and provided yet another return authorization, and said they would certainly EXPEDITE this repair. Sent it back on Feb. 6. On Feb. 22, I called them again, and was told they did receive the pants on Feb. 11, and sent to be repaired on Feb 18 - A Week Later! That's expedited??? Again, with apologies, they promised to keep me informed of the expedited repairs. Well, on about March 9, I finally got a call from LeatherUp. They told me the pants could not be repaired, and offered to replace them. I agreed, as that was what I requested the first time I called. Then, on March 11, another call from them to inform me that since these pants were replacements, there would be no warranty on them - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, LeatherUp!!! My experience with a major manufacturer tells me that replacements assume the original products warranty, but I'm tired of dealing with LeatherUp. The new pants arrived today, and seem to be just fine. Won't be able to wear much since weather has really warmed up, so I suppose they're right, no warranty because it will run out on original pants by the time weather turns cold, again. Seem to be great leather pants, but LeatherUp customer service is quite lacking.
I really like these pants. They are very sturdy and hold up in the rain perfectly. I live in the Pacific NW so I needed pants like these. Excellent quality for the money.
I can't say enough about these pants. I took them in to have them hemmed a bit and the dry cleaner there was so impressed with them he said he was going to buy some for himself. He thought, I mean really thought, that I was lying about the price. What you get in these pants would normally cost between $200-$300 he said. I believe it. The quality is just fantastic and if I rode more I would buy another pair. Hell, I may even get another pair and dig out my old rock guitar and dress up in leather like the old days!! Don't think twice....get these pants!!!!!!
I ususally buy a "relaxed jean". I like these pands, but find that "siting on the bike" that they are lower in the back. I wear a 40" and I bought a 42". This seems right. I would be less bothered if I bought a jacked that came dowwn more i the rear.
The fit is good, the leather is good, but the pocket liners fall apart in a heartbeat. Unfortunately this is pretty typical of offshore manufacturing.
These pants fit great and feel and are high quality for the money. Real leather that does all the great things like wick wind, keep you warm and look great. Most important they feel like they would protect well if you hit the asphalt.
Good quality product and a great value. I am 6 ft 1 in and weigh 185 lb. I wear a 33 jean and I ordered a 34 leather pant. The fit was good but the leg length is short when I am on my bike. To make it right for length I am going to add about 3 inches to keep my ankles covered. Overall a stylish well made pair of pants and a great value.
Great pants, saved me riding through an unexpected snow storm. Nice fit, well made, great price/value ratio. I am a 33, ordered a 34, and they fit perfectly - not worn over other pants. A little long, but long is good for riding. If you needed to hem, you could just use heavy scissors - no real need for any more trouble than that.
My boyfriend loves them!! They fit well, and he loves the feeling and he is sexy in them :) It was agreat birthday present he can't wait to get on the bike and ride on his next day off!!! Thanks Leather up we will be back for more!!!
Great fit length was a little bit too long but good quality leather
This is the 2nd time I've ordered these leathers. The first pair, despite a lot of miles, are still in perfect condition. The only reason I ordered another pair is due to a big weight loss on my part. These pants are comfortable and very durable. Worth every penny of the cost!
While I don't plan to be buried in these wonderful pants, they are perfect for retiring and moving back to coastal Rhode Island (from the warm winter's of the wouthwest.) They are both stylish and a perfect wind breaker for morning walks (or any time) in January when those cruel north Atlantic winds or a polar vortex will blow around. With a pair of thermal underwear, I will keep toasty warm. Thank you for an excellent product.
Absolutely tremendous for the money - Leather is cow hide but is tanned well so not rough and stiff and has a nice shine - Has Metal Zip with Metal Button not a Snap including a spare - Well made with double stitching and Jean styling so durability is eminent - Front Panel is one piece adding to Styling although there is a cross seam at knee on back side - Fully lined with nylon to well below Knee - I'm 5' 6" @ 220lbs and typically wear 36" Lee Jeans - I bought 38" and the fit is the same (tight side) - I'm so confident in performance I bought another pair immediately in preparation for a tour through Quebec in May time frame (cold & wet)!! Hemming is required so need to have local Tailor to shorten and stitch to fit. Highly Recommended!
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
