These boots are awesome! Beautifully constructed. The leather is soft but sturdy and the fit perfectly. Ahhh, the smell of new leather!
I LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! Leather Up was fast on shipping also!! I purchased 1/2 size bigger and they fit great!! They are well made and very stylish for women!! If you are looking for a great made leather boot, look no further!! You won't be disappointed!!
The other reviews were spot on about sizing. They are true to size as I wear a 7.5.
The fit is solid and so are these boots inside and out. Time will be no match because they are built to last. Buying them was definitely a good idea.
Great Boots - got them 2 days before bike class. They are comforatable right off the bat. I used a little mink oil and that softened them up just a bit and made them nice and glossy.
I bought a pair of these boots for my fiancee for her birthday, based on the favorable reviews and I wasn't dissapointed. She loved the styling and the fit was true to size. They are very nice quality and a bargain for the price I paid. I highly recommend them and Leatherup - I'm a retired marketing professor and pretty hard to please when buying online but Leatherup is great to deal with - buy with confidence!
Very comfortable, fit true to size. Great product.
Love these boots, size is right on. Sturdy, well made and comfortable. Only problem I have is the laces are to long. Besides this, great boots. Wear them to and from work on my Vespa and have also worn them throughout the day.
I ordered these boots in my normal shoe size 6.5 and they fit perfectly. Like another reviewer mentioned, I had to tug the left boot quite hard to get it over my foot the first couple of times, but now it's broken in a little and goes on easier. No insole needed. They're very comfortable and stylish looking, too (although you can't see the details under pants, of course). I wear them as a rider behind my husband on the bike and also plan to wear them as my all-around winter boot this winter. The only comment about the packaging is that the laces were not included in my box. It was no big deal. I just bought a $1.75 pair of black laces at the grocery store and they work fine. Love the tread on this boot, too. It's not clunky or too high. Easy to walk around casually in these boots.
seemed to be good quality, however toe box seemed narrow and shoe rather stiff..had to send back.
I ordered this boot on Monday & it was delivered across country on Friday. The boot fits true to size. I love the way it fits, but I'm unsure what to do with the extra 4 feet if lace in the back.
I ordered these along with brown hell-riders. Am so very happy with both!!!!!!
The back lace boots fit my wide feet perfectly. NO INSOLE NEEDED!! These would be cool in a dk. brown. Thanks for the great boots LU!
I bought these boots specifically for the purpose to wear for a weekend CHP Safety Course, whereby one had to have 'MOTORCYCLE WEAR. A little concerned about fit, as it was difficult to get them on, but once on, all was good. I used a shoehorn, but because I wore them for a day or two before the class, they were broken in and were a better fit. It seems as they are made so well to fit your ankle, foot, with zipper, laces and so on, that it takes a little effort to get them on over the heel portion. But, as I said, they are a perfect fit and are now easier to get on, and off. I have a big foot, 10, big girl. I was able to pass the class, had no issues with the gear shift process, as I had prior without these boots. I'm now Ready to ride!
I have purchased 10 items from Leatherup.com. All transactions are rated A and all products are well priced for high quality items. The boots are very well made and very high quality 100% leather. Yes, a true value.
I have thin feet so I ordered 1/2 a size down. I'm normally a 71/2 and went with a 7. The fit is perfect but I'm definitely getting blisters while working them in. The laces are way too long, but the heel height is perfect for me (I hate heels).
I bought these for riding in the rain as they were described as "water resistant." Haven't had the chance to test that out yet, but I am confident they will fare better than my Doc Martens. As others have mentioned, I don't understand the length of the laces or even why they are there. I've had trouble finding non-laceup boots that will fit my calves and these do a pretty good job. They are not walking boots - mistakenly walked about 20 minutes in them and created a blister. Overall pretty good; definitely happy with the price.
By bf ordered these for me, and I ordered size 7, and they fit perfectly; I normally wear a 7 to a 7 and a half, but I'm glad I went with the 7. The leather quality is really nice and the buck stitching looks great. When I ride my scooter my feet feel really well protected. Other reviewers have commented on the extra long laces, which seem kind of strange. I cut mine shorter and everything is nice and tight. I don't know who thought all of that extra lacing was needed, but it isn't. Overall, I love the boots and I'd buy another pair if something happened to these. Haven't had them that long so I can't really comment on the durability but they seem like a really well-made product, especially for the price. Order a pair; you won't be sorry.
I wear a 6.5 and I purchased a 7....only for winter time riding or for thicker socks. They are super soft and very comfortable. Absolutely zero rubbing anywhere on my legs or feet. The only thing I wish these boots had were extra leather for shifting lever. Great boots anyway!!
They are tigher then I expected so I am glad I ordered one size up but my calves are too big to zip them up. And the strings are way too long but I cut them and burnt the ends to prevent fraying. Overall, nice boots for price.
love the boots. back laces are way to long, had to replace them but no big deal. I have a wide foot and after reading the reviews still was unsure what size to order. but I ended up ordering the 7 1/2 and after wearing them for awhile and them finally stretching I love them. they are finally comfortable to wear for every day use. I LOVE THE TRED ON THEM. I get great footing when on my bike. thank leather up for always great products.
I love these boots! My normal size is 7, but I went up a 1/2 size. Can't wear with heavy socks, but fine with mid weight socks. (too thin & had slippage in the heal) Had to wear a day to break them in, but fit perfectly now. You will want to scuff the soles a bit as they are slippery when you first get them. The quality is excellent and durable, so they will last for a very long time. You don't have to be a biker to enjoy comfortable boots from Leather UP. I've been a customer for a while now and have never been disappointed by the quality and affordability of their products.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
