Great chaps. Fit was good, easy to trim for length. I have large thighs but a smaller waist so I purchased some grommets from the local hardware store and I was good to go. Rode in 41 degree weather this weekend, high way speeds and cruising through town my legs were plenty warm the entire ride.
Was great experience buying from leatherup, very, very fast shipping. Ordered on Wednesday, they were at my house Friday morning, 1,300 miles with standard ground.
I only gave the durability a 1 star rating as I have only worn them one weekend, looking at the construction, I have no doubt they will last.
This is my second purchase from Leather up. This item was shipped with mold all over it. I should have returned them but choose not to. That was a mistake. I was able to clean them up, but all of the metal hardware was damaged. Otherwise I am pleased with the quality and fit. As usual the item was shipped promptly. I referred Leatherup.com to my brother and he also ordered chaps and boots, which he received promptly and was pleased with his purchase. I will continue to shop with this company, but if I receive damaged items I will return them. This bad experience could have been avoided if the shipping department would have checked the item before shipping.

These are nice chaps for the price. They fit well if you measure for the thigh and not the waist as you should with most chaps. They seem rugged enough for daily use and are comfortable enough to long rides. And the large pocket on the left front is nice and large enough to hold a set of keys and some change without issue or discomfort.
I would recommend these to riders looking for the basic set of chaps that will last for awhile.
I have only had these a few weeks and have only worn them twice, but so far they are great. Of course since I am short I had to cut them down, but otherwise they are really nice. I did have one issue where the zipper grabbed the liner and when I finally got it undone, one tooth on the zipper is jacked up so now the right leg only zips down 3/4 of the way, but I can live with that.
These are nice chaps. The fit was good. Didn't have to trim them. Can't beat the quality.

Unfortunately it has not been cold enough yet for me to have to wear these but I tried them on and they fit great. They are very well made and we'll worth the price. Can't wait to try them out on a chilly morning.
