I bought this jacket for my son for his birthday. I ordered large which is what I normally buy for him and it fit perfectly. It is very well made. The outside zippers are all metal. I would recommend this jacket.

I normally wear a heavy corduroy jacket while riding, but have never trusted it's effectiveness if I ever dropped the bike. I missed a authentic Harley leather jacket in an e-bay auction, and after that went looking for a decent one to ride in that was leather. Sort of by accident I found the Leather Up website. To get to the point the jacket came today. It looks, feels and fit's great. Padded elbows are nice, the sleeves on my other jacket were a little short when riding as I stretched to the handlebars, these are a little long if arms are not extended like when riding(by about 1/2 inch or so), but again not overly long. The vents look like they will work just fine.
I'm glad I missed that auction and got this jacket. If your arms are a little longer than mine(I am average build 5' 9'' 170lbs) this will still work. I purchased the large, it fits perfectly, but I will say you will not have a lot of extra room to wear anything more than a t-shirt and a sweatshirt under it. It is very fitted. I also have plenty of room in the underarms. Overall it looks well made and is not cheap leather. Since I relied on reviews of this item before purchasing I hopes this helps anyone considering a purchase. I rated the durability by just looking how it looks like it was put together(very well).

Got the jacket a month ago and love it. Made of heavy leather not thin stuff like some others. Fits good and feels good to. I am very happy with the jacket and only paid about a 1/4 of what my local dealer wants for a simular jacket that is not as well made. Good job lLeather up. Looking forward to many years of wear.

Just received this jacket and was extremely pleasantly surprised! This is a terrific jacket for the price. It fit great. I am 5'8" with 46 inch chest and normally wear an XL Harley Davidson Jacket. I tried on a hoodie under this jacket and it fits extremely well. The Leather is soft but thick in this heavy duty jacket. Excellent price and fit. Ordered an 2XL like other reviews advised. Ordered XXL based on other reviews. I'm 5'11" 220#; fit is perfect. Love the quality of the zippers, the side-lacings, the snaps. Zip-out lining zipper is gimpy at moments. Overall, a great cool/cold weather riding jacket. The zipper openings for flow-through air will prove useful in summer, but we'll see if the overall weight creates a stifling effect. Oh, and the look is pure badass!
Love the fit and how thick the leather is. BUT, the pockets are very flimsy and both have fallen apart. This happened only 1 month after owning. I put my keys in the pocket, as I normally do with my jackets, and the mesh in the pocket ripped. I never sent it back, just don't use the pockets now. But other than that, I love it.
Great jacket. I have a 56' chest and 38" waist. I bought the 5XL and have plenty of room for layers when it gets cold. Great quality! The sides can be adjusted for better fit. I cut off the excess lacing and used it to make pulls for the zippers. Very happy with this purchase. It would have almost cost the same to put a zipper on my old jacket...

I love this jacket. It fits exact for me. Good quality leather. I like the zip out lining and the zipper closure venilation is great for warmer weather. The only thing I had to do is resew the buttons that retain the zip in liner around the arm openings. Like another review, longer zipper pulls would be better so one can grasp them with gloves on. Compare the cost and quality of this jacket of those more expensive......buy this one, you wont be disappointed.

My leather arrived today and I was very pleased with the quality and for the price, you can't find a better deal. Heavy duty zippers, removable liner, front and back vents, side pockets, two inner pockets, rear padded kidney protection.....this is a great leather for spring and fall riding and some chilly summer nights.....very pleased.
wore it the first time this past sat. i only needed it going to the run, after that it was warm enough i didnt need a jacket
