Awesome item. Have the same vest in denim, but after losing a bunch of weight, had to get a new one. Since the denim is no longer available, waited months for this item to be back in stock. So glad I did, as it is PERFECT! Since I don't carry a purse, the pockets are essential. My only mistake is not taking into consideration that smallerr vest also means smaller poickets, so some re-thinking what I carry is in order. Thanks, LeatherUP.com, you NEVER disappoint me!

Some girlfriends and I have just started a female-only riding group in our state and were looking for some matching vests to get the "gang" going... we found a few through Leather Up we liked, but went with this one in the end... and it did not disappoint! Following on from the reviews we read, this vest is TOP quality and definitely value-for-money (nothing compares to it from any other online retailer). Loads of fun pockets and it feels and smells amaaaaaaaaaaazing.

We followed suggestions from others and ordered sizes 1-2 bigger than we normally wear. They all fit perfectly! I usually wear a medium on my upper body, but ordered the XL to be on the safe side. I was a little nervous about this and considered the large, but am glad I went for the XL. It's still a little big for me (even with the side ties pulled in tight), but if I wear a hoodie or similar underneath, it will be PERFECT.

Great for sewing on patches as well. Another fabulous product from Leather Up!

I ordered this jacket because it was the only brown one I could find. Why is everything black, black and more black. When I got it I did not like how dark brown it was - almost black. Leather was somewhat stiff but I suppose softens with wear. I was really on fence between L and XL and went with XL which was a good move based on how it fit. It fit excellent . . . however was a little snug around the breast area. One thing I LOVED about this jacket was the little side zippers . . . so you can unzip for comfort while riding !! Opens it up a bit and I've never seen that before. Jacket also had several air vents you could unzip. I guess I realized I don't like armour jackets. If I rode more than I do I would get the armour, but I ride only occasionally.

LOVE the jacket -- it is VERY dark brown (almost black) but I like the hint of earthiness in it. Ventilation is awesome because of how customizable the jacket is (You can remove the inner fleece layer during summer months and there are zippers EVERYWHERE - front, sleeves - where you can unzip them for coolness). Armor makes me feel confident and protected and the jacket looks badass. My ONLY complaint: my VERY FIRST TIME putting on the jacket and going out on a ride, the zipper broke. Literally. I've had to create a makeshift zipper using a bobbie pin. I'd be very pleased if I could have a new zipper mailed to me :) Otherwise, awesome jacket, can't beat the looks and quality for the price!

I really wanted to love this jacket. The color and vintage details was exactly what I was looking for, however the fit was off. I ordered a L (34D, 5'5, 138 lbs) thinking that I would be able to layer a hoodie underneath for fall rides. The jacket completely swallowed me. I considered exchanging it for a medium, however the jacket is too boxy for my tastes.

As other reviewers stated, the jacket is more black than brown and the leather upon opening is slightly stiff. However you can't beat the price point.
