This boot runs a bit large. I usually wear an 8.5 - but this is a bit wide and long. I usually put a foam innersole into my MC boots, so that's what I did and they fit great. They are a bit taller than I am used to, by about an inch and a half, but I think that will actually be better for riding. My only complaint is that the sole is not grippy enough. I will wear these soles down, and then get them re soled with a vibram, oil resistant, heel and half sole. Overall, I am very happy with the boots and think that once they get broken in (about 5,000 miles) we should be good for at least 10 years. That's how long my last pair of boots lasted and I expect these will too.

So far so good on these boots. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe, ordered a 7 boot and they are a little loose with normal socks, not sloppily so but I could have probably gone to a 6 1/2. They do leave a black residue on your socks so either wear black socks or wear ones that you don't mind getting stained. This may go away as they are worn more, they've only been on my feet twice. Very easy to slip on and off without undoing the buckles. I was a bit worried about shifting with the thickness of the toe or my foot getting stuck on the pegs but I've had no issues with this so far. The shaft of the boot is a bit loose on my calves even with jeans tucked in, not an issue for me, but if you are looking for boots that fit snug in this area then these aren't the ones you want.

Fit a little big as other reviews state, have to make new holes in ankle strap to tighten down so dont slip in heel, heel staps could be a little less stretchy even with thick socks they slip other than that fit great i have wide feet have plenty of room no squeezing. They are kinda hard to get on at first but after couple times its better. Overall love the boots. Recommend buy true size I would have sent these back but they are out of stock in reg size so I'll make do

I bought these to replace my Carolina Engineer boots after ~15 years of wear (~5 actually riding a motorcycle) and I have to say that these are every bit as good, if not better. I read the reviews and ordered 1/2 a size down (normally wear an 8, ordered a 7.5) and that worked out perfectly. They fit great right out of the box in terms of length. As some reviewers noted, they are a bit looser than expected in terms of the top of the foot. For me, that was perfect as the boots very comfortably accommodate a 3/4 length drugstore arch support - something that this boot, like any other engineer boot I've ever tried or worn, is almost entirely lacking. With that addition, they are extremely comfortable on my feet all day long and they also offer all the benefits you'd expect as a rider - durability, quality of craftsmanship and formidable, non-slip soles for a fraction of the price of competitors. You won't be sorry you bought these whether it's for footwear value, rider safety, all day comfort or edgy style!

These boots are sexy. They are a great price. They last a long time. I do not ride a motorcycle but wear these to work with skirts and dresses. They are professional, warm, stylish and functional. I paid over $250 for a pair of leather boots and they are falling apart (after 9 months). I am sure these will not. Love these. I have other boots from Leather Up. I like the look and they are sturdy, but the fit is bad. I ordered my normal size and the front half of the boots fit fine, but the heel is huge. I believe these were designed for men's feet. I've purchased men's boots before, and the heel is always large for me. Also, they are heavily dyed inside and will rub off on your socks (and legs). There is nice cushioning inside, but since I had to add another insole to take up some of the excess room in the heel, I do not get the benefit of the cushion that came in the boot. I'd love to exchange them for a half size down, but LeatherUp policy says they do not pay shipping on exchanges. I probably won't order from LeatherUp again because of this and will make do with a boot that doesn't fit properly.
