I can wear both medium and large jackets of this nature, and had tried to order a medium, but they were out of stock. I went ahead and ordered the large, and I'm very happy I did, as it fits perfectly. I"m 5'9, a fit 190 pounds, and I could not have fit in a medium. The quality of the jacket is fantastic, particularly considering how little it costs relative to what is available locally. The faux fur collar adds warmth, but is a pain to remove. Also, I would have preferred more than one inside pocket; however, the softness of the leather is incredible, and there is nothing like the smell of real leather...as, most of the department stores are carrying more fake leather than leather jackets. Thanks LeatherUp for a great product!

I love this Jacket, and you cant beat the price. Also' the turn around from when I place the order to when I received it was right at a week and there was a holiday in their too. I will be buying all my Jackets from here from now on. I only have 2 issues with it.

1 I think it would be better if the removable fur collar was zippered on instead of buttoned on.

2 I would like to see a distressed/weathered version of this jacket along with this one. Otherwise i couldn't be happier.

This is a good jacket, but there are a few minor things that you should know about. This is not made for a tall person. I am 6'2" and the length is too short. It touches the top of my belt standing up and so while sitting it rides up too much. Same problem with the length of the arms - while sitting about 5" of my wrist is uncovered. If you are under 6' then both of these issues should be ok for you.

Others have mentioned the small pockets and I completely agree. It is uncomfortable to put your hands in the pockets. A jacket of this caliber should not have this problem.

The bottom of the zipper is about 3 inches above the bottom of the coat and the unusual location makes it hard to zip up. The zipper also doesn't zip up smoothly.

Finally, (on the downside) the elastic in the waistband doesn't stay flat. It rolls and you just have to live with that.

In the end, I am going to keep the jacket. The leather is nice and it looks great, and I need to replace my old jacket. But it will just hold me over until I find a better one. If you are much shorter than me, you can add a star to the rating since this should fit you much better than it does me.

I wasn't sure what to expect because the pirce was considerably less than what I had been able to find for similar items as I researched Bomber jackets. But the shipping was free and leatherup had a good rating from the BBB so I believed the 30 day No Risk exchage. So I said, what the heck, and ordered it. Not only did it arrive quickly but the jacket fit better and was of better quality than several I had tried on at several local stores whic costs 2 to 3 times as much. It was the perfect shade of brown, soft and supple. Needless to say I am very pleased with my purchase.

we ordered it hopin to have it early in time for our Son (had early Christmas)...and it arrived on the day we were celebrating Christmas....My son LOVED the jacket!!!!! We are very pleased with the quality...PRICE.... and the shipping!....Made our Christmas very special and thank you thank you.....I would definately refer this company to any one! Our Son claims the jacket is perfect...warm, comfortable, pleased with the way its made...soft leather...zip out lining (year round wear).
