Buyer beware. They will not return your emails if you are trying to cancel an order and will not pick up the phone when they are clearly open.
I had ordered boots that were too tight. So I wanted larger boots. And sent back the original for just an exchange. Well i waited for over a month and didn't receive anything so I started sending emails. No one responded back. I must've sent like 5 emails. So then I decided to call. I spoke to a nice young lady who seemed very helpful and i explained the whole situation and that it just put a bad taste in my mouth so i wanted to cancel. She even saw that i made past purchases before so I was no stranger. She apologized and said ok no problem I will cancel that order and in two days you will get that refund. A week later what do I get in the mail? A box from leather up containing the boots and the exact one that does not fit me. On top of that I said ok let me check my bank account to see if i got the refund because if i did i would send the boots back anyways because I don't want them anymore and they do not fit anyways. Long story short, I got no refund which tells me she lied to me and I received an email stating the boots were sent back because it was not in the original box. Mind you the boots are brand new. What kind of BS is that? You won't take it back because it did not come in the original box? I've sent purchases back from other vendors without the original package as long is it's still new with no issues. Heck, I even paid a restock fee which was no problem too. But Leatherup is petty. They are liars and jerk you around hoping you give up. Won't return emails either 2 weeks later or at all. And no one picks up when they are suppose to. I'm never ordering from them again. Do yourselves a favor and go with Revzilla or Tobacco motor wear. By the way Revzilla gives you a military discount and Leatherup doesnt honor our vets. Very bad experience. I shouldve read the reviews first.

The sizing chart is off. According to the chart a 4 XL should have done the trick, but this jacket was too small across my abdomen and no arm movement from the back.

In fact, I'm accustomed to choosing a size or two larger to accommodate my width, but with this order I decided to try just ordering my size in wide. It was a good choice. The fit is good!

This was not what I ordered. The helmet box was correct, but the Helmet was wrong. I have sent a complaint to Leatherup.
Quick and easy. I would, however, think you should provide accessories with the helmets. Example: dark face shields, mirror face shield, whether or not it came be Bluetooth adaptable, etc.

Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
