I followed the sizing chart, 5'4" and about a 33 waist. Medium fits everywhere, maybe just a little long in the sleeve. Thinking of some tailoring.

I have a couple of practical comments. 1) This jacket looks awesome when it's on you, way better than it looks in a picture. Multiple females have commented on the good looks. 2) it comes so thick and hard, it'll probably take another month of wearing it to break it in. Because of the obvious high quality, I have no doubt this will last longer than me. 3) the reflective stripe really works, and it looks good. 4) just wearing this around the city is a little difficult because of the sleeve, like checking PDA and such. 5) it's still a new jacket, it could literally stand up by itself, but its pretty clear the fit is designed for a sport bike and not my soft tail. It kinda pushes up a bit on my chin, because it kinda stands up around me as I wear it. I would guess this will calm down when the jacket wears in a bit. 6) on rides, it just feels like you think a good bike jacket should. No issues moving my arms at all, can even easily get my hands on the block for a quick warm up when it is frozen outside.

Massive improvement from my 10 year previous jacket. High quality, absolutely no regrets with this purchase. As for tailoring, I always have a hard time finding stuff that fits, or maybe I'm too picky. But I do wear my jacket as a primary all day every day. Worth twice what I paid for it.

I am 5'9"weighing at 175 lbs. The sizing chart was right on. Money well spent. The jacket fits great with and without the zipout liner. I have ridden in 30 degree weather for an hour, without the liner, and it kept me warm. It is a moderately heavy, thick jacket and a little stiff at first, but in a couple of weeks of constant wearing, the leather loosens up. Thanks leatherup for an excellent product! I also want to thank the customer service representatives who were very courteous and professional.

I've been using this jacket for several weeks now, and I LOVE it! Tons of people compliment it.

I live in an area where daytime temps are regularly in the 90s, and the mesh is perfect. Even though the jacket is black, I don't overheat. The spine pad can get a little sweaty, but only if I'm wearing my backpack over it, and that would happen with any other jacket. The padding is sturdy, but lightweight. An unexpected (but appreciated) feature is snaps by the inner arm that let you adjust how tightly the sleeve fits around the elbows.

Pros:

Lightweight but sturdy

Adjustable fit

Protective padding

Reflective shoulders

Mesh is super breathable, the interior layers easily zip in and out

Looks sweet

Key storage clip is very useful

Cons:

No interior pocket on the mesh layer (my phone is too big for the exterior pockets)

Reflective striping on the back could be wider/brighter

Overall, this jacket has been well worth the money, and I would absolutely buy it again.

Note: I followed the sizing chart and ordered a size L, but it was too big so I exchanged it for a M, which fits perfectly. I'm a 5'1 female, medium build.

I love my boots! I tend to get annoyed easily with weird lumps or bumps in shoes, but these are great. They are comfortable and look nice. The only thing I would change is the zipper. The boots are very difficult to zip up once you get about midway. I have done everything I can to alleviate the problem, but nothing really helps. My calves are not wide, so that is not the issue, the leather and fabric are just very thick in that area. I am worried that the zipper might break.

Let me begin by saying, I ordered these two days ago, and they JUST arrived!!! Awesome!!!! Firstly Leatherup.com has given my family and I one solid place to purchase from over the last couple years and I'm happy to be buying just for me this time. I liked these boots from the get-go because the toe looked narrow enough on the end for good gear shifting, thus far I'm not wrong. VERY stiff initially and pretty tight, but I'd rather have that stiffness and tightness if I kiss pavement anyway. Over all, I'd say walk around in them quite a bit before a first ride with them. They need to stretch a bit and become at least a little more mobile. Other than that, cute chick boot made with awesome quality. Wouldn't expect any less from Joe Rocket!

Excellent jacket. I was looking for something to wear on hot weather (FLorida) but at the same time something that I feel was not too light. This jacket was the right answer. It has some mesh that cools you off while riding, not as much as a fully mesh jacket but they work. I am planning on using this jacket all year round since it has a vest that would warm me on cool days-nights. An excellent option for both seasons here in Florida.
