Love this helmet. It's a little noisy but bearable. Fits snug but comfortable. The double visor feature. It's great that I can flip the chin bar all the way back for that open face helmet feel or close it when it's chilly or raining. Has great air flow through the vents.

I'm very happy with the helmet, the fit and features are top notch, great shipping, enjoyable experience.

Everything I thought it would be. Had a hawk helmet before and had to give it up for a recall. I really liked it but I learned I was wearing the wrong size based on the size chart so I ordered to fit properly. If we could just get rid of this winter. Looking forward to trying it. I would recommend the Hawk ST-1198 without second thoughts.

I am a newbie to full face helmets but was delighted by the many features. Very happy that i decided to buy a modular helmet because I did struggle to get my ears past the padding. The modular design allows me to pull out on the straps and get them past the padding. I haven't been able to test the ventilation because of snowy weather but I am sure it will be adequate. All in all i love it.

Great color to have as a spare inside helmet in case of rain or lost glasses. Shades a sunny day but brightens up a night or cloudy day. Fits great & easy to change.

This helmet was everything described. I really like the quick attach and detach strap.

Bought this for my wife, I wanted a modular for her to replace her older full face helmet. This fits great, looks good, and has all the nice functions. She really likes it.

Bought this for myself as I was looking for a modular. Wanted something pretty, as I'm a proud lady rider! but had to meet my safety standards. this helmet exceeded all my expectations! love the look, fits like a dream, never thought I would get drop down sun glasses for under $100 and the easy clip release is awesome.

nice helmet release button jammed and had to be repaired. Also was unable to connect a H/D intercom accessory to helmet. But as a helmet it works ok for the price

I was looking for a new helmet and found the color combination in this Hawk Helmet. I prefer a gloss finish but purchased this matt finish. It looks amazing! The gray and black match my bike perfectly! The fit is always the same, great! I've ordered Hawk Modular helmets in the past and the size never varies. I can count on the look, fit, and durability.

I've been wearing my CS-2N for a few months now and I really like it. The best thing about it is when you wear it with the curtain attached you eliminate wind noise and there's no need for ear plugs. You can also hear your music better. The added plus is the Anthracite matches my 2007 Stratoliner perfectly.

Great price on a quality helmet. It has alot of padding inside which caused it to run a little small to size on my head. I'm not a fan of the small visor either, but that's the way it comes. Great service and fast shipping as always!

Hard to say on durability , my head has not met the asphalt yet ! However it is a good fit and that is what I have found out you need when the time arises ! seems very secure at high speeds and high winds .Did purchase a shield separate and it is great for keeping the cold air off during winter . The neck curtain is a nice addition as well during winter . Shipping was as fast as it gets .

Tried a "cheaper" headset and there is no comparison. Spend a few extra bucks and go with the J&M headsets - THEY ARE WORTH IT!!
