The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I ordered these glasses while on the road going accross country. They were here when I got back home. The glasses are great. The transition is great and instant. They get very dark and lighten upjust as fast. They have a head band so they can be worn like gogles also. I've only worn them as glasses. The price was 60% less than I saw going from Cali to Pa. A very good buy for quallity glasses.
Great product at an even better price! The shipping was fast as well, you can't go wrong with these...
They work very well at keeping the wind out of my eyes. I was happy with the purchase and will be buying another pair.

Like the glasses. Keep my eyes from watering, and the change from tint to clear is adequate for sunny days and night use. Currently the only glasses I am using. However, wore them with a face mask in cool weather and they did fog up.
These are very good, inexpensive glasses. I really like the way they fit with my 3/4 helmet. The transition works very well after a few days of use. I live on the North coast of California, and the sky is very bright here mixing with fog. These glasses work well to protect my eyes for the price paid for them. After my 1st pair, I bought another pair for my spouse, and then 2 more for our motorcycles. I would definitely recommend them!
These are just OK glasses. Here are the pros... they fit alright and do block the wind, but thats about it. The lens don't get very dark (even in the bright Florida sun). And they fog up really badly. Now, not like regular fogging... but an almost semi-transparent, liquidy coating that intensifies the sun's glare and makes it almost impossible to see through. I've bought $5 flea market glasses that work better than these. If you wear a half helmet or open face helmet, they'll probably work fine.. But, if you wear a full face helmet or use a shield on your open face helmet... they will fog up. That makes these extremely dangerous in my opinion. Have tried to use them a number of times, now they're relegated to the junk drawer.
Nice glasses. The fit is a bit tight, but they will be O.K. Like the transition feature. Followed the instruction and put them in the freeze for 2 hours to speed up the color change process. That worked.
Absolute must buy!
My commute has me leaving for work shortly before sunrise and returning just before sunset. Transition lenses are the only option for me. The short stems fit perfectly inside my Nolan N-43 Trilogy helmet. The stems are removable and the kit includes an elastic strap that works even better with my shorty helmet. Comes with lenses, stems, strap, microfiber cloth, and zipper hard shell case.
Received my glasses and was pleased with the quality and fit. Turn dark in the sun and light in cloudy weather or the evening. Good products, excellent prices, and quick shipping. Have shopped at LeatherUP for many years and will continue.
The padding comes loose every time i put the glasses on. They fog up a lot! I guess you get what you pay for. I bought a pair of glasses from my local Harley dealer, yes they coast more. The fit is better, the padding stays in place and they don't fog up. The leather up glasses are just OK for the price. Looks like I'm the exception but these glasses are not for me. I'll use then as sun glasses with out the padding, but not on my bike, and only because it would coast me $14.95 to return them.
Great glasses for a low price, they work great now with PDT, you ride to work in dark and return home with daylight with only one pair of glasses.
I bought the medium size and it fits snug without being too tight. Over all the helmet is pretty awesome. The finish is great and looks cool too. I have a hawk com system stuck to the outside and it works perfectly. Noise level is medium (not a thousand dollar helmet obviously) but still very good for the price! Should work with the com system very well even at highway speed. I rate it 5/5 for looks, feel, and noise level. Also the snap on and off visor system is pretty cool for cleaning visors easily and quickly.
This is an awesome helmet, fits snug and comfortable.
I bought two for my Ultra Classic. They look real good. They were fairly easy to install but had some challenges with the rubber piece /strap. Installed one on my handle bar and one on the saddlebag crash bar for the passenger. The crash bar is smaller than the handle bar so had to improvise to make it work. The cups are very limited in what they can hold; soda cans, and your typical 16oz water bottles are about it. A water bottle in the passengers cup travels well. However, the same bottle in the handle bar holder tends to bounce around a lot and appears unstable while riding.
Nice piece for the money, easy install. With the cup took different sizes .. most aluminum water bottles to big to fit.
bought this for my husband. he absolutely loves it. great price, good quality and easy installation
nice design, works good so far, only thing I did was make a different brace to fasten up by my windshield instead on the handlebar
I must use a koozie when placing an aquafina water or otherwise in the holder or it will fall out. if the liquid is inthe bottle above the rim it is very tippy
First time putting a cup holder on my bike. Very easy to install and it looks pretty good so far.... haven't road the bike it yet because of the rainy weather , but it does look good and it will fit any standard portable cup!! Great buy for the price.
This company ships FAST and the helmet fit using the guidelines. First quality product and customer service to boot! I have already put this company on various forums and also sent them three customers. Hope they keep prices fair and do not get greedy like so many other companies are doing. A
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
