This helmet is great. I have been using it for a couple weeks now. in hot weather it allows great air flow. Rain beads up and roll right off the visor. It feels very secure and is surprisingly light considering that. We have had some odd weather here lately and I even had the chance to see how it holds up against hail. .. no problems at all. the design feels much better than I could have anticipated. my ears are never crushed in, and the crown of my head is not the center of pressure. the price is amazing for this outstanding product. It was described as the Cadillac of comfort to me by my friend who introduced me to it. He is right.

I bought this helmet in 2009. Good fit and I liked the drop down sun visor. Some wind noise, but nothing bad. However when riding in the rain, it leaked from the top down the inside of the outer visor. Not a very good seal and possibly a cause of some of the wind noise. But the worst problem came one day when I pushed in the chin bar button and pulled up on the chin bar. One entire side came loose and the rotating cam parts fell out on the street. Seems that the nut and screw that held it together came loose. The nut fell down inside the helmet and I could not get to it to make a repair. Bought another brand helmet.

Just got it today. Size chart worked perfectly as the size L helmet fits me just fine as per the measurement of my head.

Only wore it for about one hour but it did a great job of keeping my head and face warm. Not silent by any means, but my perception will be a little skewed as I have been wearing a 1/2 helmet for the past several days of riding.

Opening the modular front is easy, but it creaks a little bit and makes me wonder about the longevity of the hinge. Only time will tell. Love the drop down visor. Easy enough to work with with my right hand. An old accident prevents me from bending my elbow far enough to use my left hand to actuate the shield or latch the chinstrap, but I can do it one handed easily enough. Overall first impression is that it is a very good value in a modular helmet.

I had the model before this one and was questioning why the price went up. The improvements are a quick release strap and better vents. This one is well worth the money. I love all te features and the light weight. Also I wear glasses and this is one of te only helmets that is easy to put on. Why I'd I buy this one when I had the older version you ask? Because the last one I had saved my life. I just wish that I could call the maker of the helmet and thank them personally.

There's much to like about this helmet. Modular design and seatbelt like helmet release are priceless. My prescription glasses are wearable and the sun visor is fantastic. It it also quieter than my other helmet. Vents work well, and I did not fog up on my 80 degree first ride. My family produces heads like King Tut's family or the Alien in the "Alien movies, so I wear large hats and helmets. The fit was true to size. The price was great for what you get, and I would recommend this if you don't have a modular now.
