While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

These are nice gloves. I have a large hand so purchased an XL based on the size chart. Not big enough, so would recommend choosing a size larger. The gloves are well constructed so should be happy when I get a correct fit.
The Cobra Fi2000 seems to be a nice product, so far. I've only had the tuner installed for about two weeks on a 09' VROD VRCAW. The installation was straight forward; just make sure all connections are secured tightly. As for addtional power there's noticeable differnce in low end and midrange acceleration and idles with no problems. In my opinion the Cobra tuner was great choice with the aftermarket pipes intalled. No need for manual adjustments or downloads...well worth the extra money spent.
Fit my 2009 Yamaha Roadliner S perfectly. Took me less than five minutes to put on. It appears that the screws that come with it are the same size.......they are not. Two are slightly larger than the other two. Make sure you use the correct ones for the correct holes. After a couple minutes of having troubles, I realized I was using the wrong ones for the holes. I ordered these on a Sunday night and got them on Tuesday. They were also the cheapest I could find on the internet.
I bought this bar for my 2007 Yamaha V Star 1300 on Black Friday, and Leatherup had them at my door on Tuesday evening. My friend and I put it on the bike on Wednesday evening, and it took approximately two hours, but what a difference it makes in the way the bike looks. I could not beat the price.
Put these on my 2001 Rebel 250. I have a Protac back rest and it interfered with the brackets when mounted per the instructions, so I mounted them backwards. Still work great as far as holding my bags on and they look really nice. Without the backrest, they would have bolted right on. If your bike is stock, these are super easy to install.
If you need saddle bag supports for your Rebel, buy these.
Shipped fast, got them within a day or two of ordering them.
Great looking freeway bars and good quality just like any Cobra product. Almost need two people to put them on though, can't be on both sides of the bike at once.
A very nice look and was relatively easy to install by myself.
I Would Give It a 4 Star, Took Longer To install Than I Thought It Would. Rear Brake Pedal Would Not Work At All After Install. Had To Bend The Pedal To make It Clear, Thank God I Didn't Break It. Works Fine! After Install Noticed Some Rust Around Weld At Top Right Side, Would not Take It Off If You Paid Me, Will Treat Rust, And Should Be Fine. I Hope. John Pinehurst NC
Installation when fine. I had to purchase a longer bolt to fit the right side because of foot board. I had to put some wrap around a hose to prevent it from chaffing. It took me less then an hour to install and looks great.
Very easy to install and are working great. I would recommend these supports for anyone adding saddlebags to their motorcycle.
I absolutely love these floorboards. They look good on my bike and they feel even better. What a difference going from a footpeg to these. I don't know why I waited so long. They arrived in a very timely manner and only because I am not the most mechanically inclined, took about an hour to install. I would definitely recommend these.
Simple but effective design. Very nice chrome finish. Say weight limit is 10lbs but I think more easily. Instal was very quick and easy.
Easy to install, awesome sound. I enjoy my bike's new sound.
I have Yamaha Stryker 1300 2011 And the Cobra Slip on makes a huge difference, if I had stocks pipes I would definitely spread the word about the Cobra Slip on.
- Enchances the sound
- Gives the Bike torque
-It's perfect, I'm setting off alarm's
The Cobra sissy bar fit perfect on my 2009 Honda Rebel. The shipping and service were great and it looks awesome on my bike.
Great sound, finish, easy installation. Great upgrade for the price.
These pipes sound and look great. I was amazed at the difference. I can get in the driveway wiothout making the neighbors mad, but when I crack the throttle, it gets loud.
They were easy to install with a socket wrench that has the hex nut head. A universal joint would have made it a bit easier. Besides changing the seat and the oil, that is the only mechanical work I've ever done on the bike (I'm not very handy.) It took 2 hours and that included a trip to Lowes. Also, it's not mentioned in the description, but they do come with heat shields. (Maybe that's a given, I'm not sure.)
I live at 7,000 ft and did not have to do a remap or install a fuel processor on my 2007 C50. It runs and idles fine still. I noticed a 2-3 mpg drop, but that is probbly because I am revving the engine all the time just to hear it!
Perfect fit. Easy installation. Exact look that I wanted. Timely delivery
I love the idea and I will make the product work. The quality is not great. I had to drill out each of the pins to make the hairpin/cotter pin fit. Also, the holes in the connecting rods do not match up which prevent the brackets from laying flat.
I shopped around for 3 months for a wheel chock. There are many on the market, but I ended up choosing the Condor. It is strong, sturdy and well built; very pleased with my decision.
To top it off, even though LeatherUp had the lowest price, there was also free shipping and I received the item in three days. I was surprised with how fast a big item got to me so fast.
This was my first purchase from LeatherUp. Thumbs up to LeatherUp; I'll be back for future purchases!
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
