The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Fit is a bit on the loose side, but overall a good buy.
Nice pants for cutting the wind but not very water repellent due to the elastic panels in the knees and crotch. Would had hoped these riding pants would have serve me for wind, rain, and protection. But for the price I may be able to modify them to work in the rain. I have a 33 waist and the 36 worked over my jeans. Not real impressed with the knee pads. They tend to drift around too much.
use to wear over my suit pants and they seem to fit well. the vents have worked well in the warm weather
the pants are nice and the fit was good . eaxy to get on and off with shorts under them jus what i wonted
Nice pair to wear over my jeans. A little long though.
I am very impressed with these riding trousers (pants) the workmanship and material is top notch. Extremely durable, yet light. I am a 34 waist but am just a tad up so they are a bit snug in the waist but I need to shed a couple of pounds. I would say if you are a 32 and tight pushing up to 33'ish and can fit a 34 get a 34, for me I probably could have pushed a 36 but the length is perfect so I think 34 was good choice. I am 6'-0' tall. about 175 ish. These are great really very impressed. It is very refreshing to find a company that is selling quality gear.
Had to spend 75 dollars to have these pants shortened. It's a big job to shorten these pants but it can be done .
I wore the pants this morning and really like them. They kept me warm and hey they have a classie look. Their a little long, but I have a friend that can hem them up. I'll be doing about a three hundred mile ride this coming week and plan on wearing them
I was over all very pleased with pants. The only problem I have with them is they are a little loose fitting from the knees down. Would have preferred them a little more tight to keep the knee pads in place better.
Great pants. They fit well (not over other pants, though) and feel good. If I had only one complaint, it would be that the leg cuffs cannot be cinched down or tightened slightly. Sometimes on cold mornings, it get cold air that travels up my lower legs. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.
Love the pants they felt very nice i had the unfortunate chane to put them to the test and the held up very well i slid about 5 yards or 10 yards at about 45 and it didnt even get though the padding so they lived up and passed my expectations thx guys
At 5'9" and 155lbs the 34" waist fit are too big. I ride a Buell 1125r and the position of the armor is spot on. Pairs great with the CF-330 jacket. HEAT-OUT Base Layer Long Johns are a must for Atlanta in the Summer. The thigh vents do help a little. Great pair of value armor riding pants.
Been waiting for these to get re-stocked and ordered right away. They math my Xelement riding jacket which also has the level-3 armor. Now I will be ready for Autumn riding as they are a bit much for Spring & Summer riding. Craftsmanship & materials look to be quite good and am looking frwd to wearing them.
My only negative observation is: are they supposed to have a zipper to attach to a jacket??? I say that because my Xelement jacket has a small horizontally mounted zipper zipper on the inside back.
i wear 36 ordered 40 should have went i bigger in shorts or thin pants not bad not for short people i'm 5'8" 200 knee pad below knee but WILL KEEP U DRY!!
The pants are a little long but the fit is great everywhere else. The material looks like it will outlast me.
the price is better than our local shops.
Purchased the "over pants" based on the ratings. I would not call these motorcycle pants, I would call these a rain/cooler temps/over pants.
The fit is on the lose side, the armor isn't what I would expect for a level 3. The armor reminds me of football pants I had as a kid. If I compare the armor to what is in my Olympia jacket.....it's not even close. I'm 5-9 and the knee armor is too low. If you are short, you will have shin protection. The bottom of the pant is too lose, and there is not enough velcro/adjustments to get a good snug fit. I will have more velcro sewn in so I can get a snug fit and skip the bell bottom blues. There is no connectors of any kind to mate the pants to any jacket. The belt line is a little narrow and makes me question how long they will hold up in a skid. The vents....are not going to cut it. The two main ones are over the front of your legs. No wind is going to get in there, let alone make it through to the back vents.
Aside from the nit picking, these are an awesome deal. If you are looking for cooler weather, wet weather over pant, then this is it. Improvements could be to tighten up the bottom legs, real armor, armor on the hips, larger belt line, connectors to a jacket, more vents. These are over pants.
I bought two pairs of these, one for me and one for my husband. They were out of the ladies riding pants and these didn't look too manly. I wore mine riding the other day, they were so comfortable! Only issue is the pockets are small and there are only two, but I stuffed my things into my jacket. We've been wearing jeans to ride in and I felt we needed more protection especially for highway miles. There are a lot of vents in them so I never felt hot. The length was maybe a tad too short, but not noticeable to anyone but me. Very good buy and very good price. Thanks LeatherUp!
I was not sure how this jacket would be. When you buy something on line it is never the same. I must say I am in love with the product from Leather up. This is excellent product and very well made. you would pay much much more in many other places. I will only buy here from now on. I have given this company to many of my friends and riders. I have bought many other products as well and are all the same of what I come to expect from leather up. AAAAA great prices and awesome product you will not be sorry.
Great Jacket!! Quality and workmanship EXCELLENT...It's everything plus more...I've seen this jacket at others stores for $279.00. It is very warm and the fit is exactly right I wear a medium and that is what ordered...
This was a really nice jacket. I returned it because it felt a little too masceline for my personal taste. It's a heavy and substantial jacket, fit well and the quality was superior.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
