Was easy process, great boots and was only site that had the wide Milwaukee boots. Only issue is with the boot and how thick the insulation is that was not described completely to but will be a good winter boot.
Very difficult to return items. I continue to try and work with this site, because my original order did not fit and I was told that I could not receive a refund, but had to take a credit. Therefore, I am on my 5th helmet for my sons. My sons both have a size 22 head when I measure, and order the size based on size chart. Every helmet I have received so far except one is too large. I have 2 sons and they ride scooters to school. One now has a helmet from this last go around, but the other was again too large. I am waiting to exchange one to see if the next one ordered will fit. Hopefully it does. Very frustrating.

It was easy to find what I wanted but the size chart didn't have the 2xsm sizing. I'm just hoping it's small. I received the rain suit. It is definitely not extra small. The jacket fits as an X-Large. The pants are gigantic. I ordered an extra small. I can make accommodations to make it fit though. The order was received extremely fast though. I've always had a hard time finding anything to fit even if sizing says small. I always have to make it work or give it to someone else.

Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
