The jacket arrived promptly. As I live in southern Texas, when I saw how heavy the jacket was I was afraid it would be too warm. However, after taking out the liner and opening the four vents, it was quite comfortable. And if it gets colder, I can always close the vents and put the liner back in. I have the large, and at 6'2", 185 lbs, it fit perfectly and looks fantastic. I am very happy with it, and would definitely order from LeatherUp.com again.

WOW!! What a sweet deal on a spectacular jacket. The quality of this jacket is way beyond what you'd expect for $199. so it's a steal at this price. It's a heavy weight jacket of soft supple leather with a zip out lining making it comfortable in all 4 seasons.

I'm 5'8" and 210 and I normally wear a sz. XL but because other reviewers suggested ordering a sz up I did order a sz. 2XL and it's a perfect fit...buy it! You won't be sorry

I've bought several items (jacket,chaps,vest) from Leatherup and received quality products for the most part. I got this jacket as a Christmas gift. Didn't wear it until February (winter). I returned from my first ride to find the liner had come loose from a defective zipper. The leather jacket is more than I expected with a super heavy duty front zipper but a ten cent plastic zipper to hold the liner.

Since it was more than 30 days since purchase they in effect said "sorry Charlie". I'm having a seamstress replace the zipper at my cost.

I am generally please with this purchase. The stitching looks well done and the style is what I was looking for. Having a 48-49 inch chest I am at the top of the XL range but I ended up getting a 3XL after returning the 2XL. So order up accordingly. One of the pictures shows leather pull tabs on the rear zippers, mine does not have these. The hides used appears to differ in thickness/texture from place to place on the jacket. The liner has to be tucked back up the sleeves after donning the jacket, so the liner appears to be too large for the jacket. Overall I think the jacket represents good value. I would have liked the jacket better if it was naked leather. I would buy this jacket again.

I love this jacket!!! It is great either on the bike or not. I love the fit and feel. A slight downside is the pockets have very rough lining material. Also, my jacket shipped with one of the top shoulder snap-straps with a snap misplaced. It was about 3/4 of an inch too far off, making the snap stick up in a very unattractive manner. That is the second time leatherup has missed quality control on a jacket i've ordered. Nevertheless, I know I'm getting a good deal and won't complain too much. I busted out the snap and added my own with a snap-setting tool from hardware store. $7 fix for the win. I am 5'10" and 200lbs. My chest measured to be 42 inches with a waist of 40inches. I ordered the Large (50in chest) and it fits snug in a good way. When I layer-up because of a long cold ride, the jacket is maxed out, but it works and I'm warm. Anyway, don't be shy to order large.

A few other things.. There was some corrosion on the zippers of the pockets (for this I just remind myself the price difference of ordering anywhere else. this is still a deal). The liner that zips out of the jacket isn't much. It is only a vest and is thin. Plan to provide your own layers for warmth. I wouldn't consider this a great jacket for cold weather, but can be good enough if you make good use of it.
