The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I like it. I bought the 3X as suggested and it is just right (6'3" 250 lbs). I took the liner out as I am on the Gulf Coast. The protective armor is in all the right places and makes me feel confident I would fair better in a tumble. The wind goes right through it so it is like riding with a T-Shirt which if I was stupid (and I used to be) I would do. The Velcro adjustments really make it a custom fit. I am a customer for sure.
Yeah, these do run small. I usually wear 3X jackects and shirts but the #x was way too small for me. So I sent it back and ordered a 5X. The 5X is even pushing it fit wise.
Overall it is a good value.
I always wore Leather but took a chance....Love the Padding...Very ..Very Comfortable too Wear....I live in WI...last Few days took for test run with a cotton sweat shirt...at -11...Held me warm with the Liner....Plus Love Concealed Pocket ....with the adjustable Tanner's....I am Very...Very Pleased with this Purchase...Great Price....
These look AMAZING and my husband can't wait for the spring to wear them on his bike but.. my concern is the end of them s unfinished.. the bottom "hem" is unfinished.. it's just the raw edges and I am concerned about them fraying after he wears them a few times..
These boots are great, looking good and comfortable. I like it.
Very stylish.Well built. I found the boot to run a little narrow. I have purchased three different pairs at size 10. I returned the 10s for a size 11. They fit great and look great.
these boots are great. comfortable, nice looking and the toe is extremely shifter friendly. i had been looking for a month to find a boot that doesnt get stuck when i shift. finally found one that works.
price is good too
These boots turned out to be a great buy. Based on the reviews I read on the site, I purchased a pair of size 9.5 for me. They are true to size (I normally wear size 9.5). Due to their lower profile in the toe box, they do make toe shifting easier (unlike my harness boots). I wear these boots to a lot of places I go whether I am riding my bike or not, because they are comfortable and stylish. I wear these boots to work, too (I am in Sales/BizDev and I think these boots are stylish enough such that I don't need to change to dress shoes when I get to work). However, the leather is not shiny. I will get my favorite shoeshine guy at the Charlotte airport to shine them for me the next time I go through that airport. I think a good shoeshine will make the boots look even sleeker.
These are a nice looking, durably-made boot, especially for the price. There are a couple of caveats, however. They run big! I had to go down from a 12 to a 11, and I wear 13 in many brands/styles! The insoles are removable (good) but also way smaller than the footbed. I think you won't notice this when wearing the boots, but if you put your hand inside, its pretty amazing. I wanted to replace the insoles anyway. Finally, the finish is a little odd. It feels oily, but I'm also sure this will change with wear.
This is my 2nd pair. I like these boots due to the comfort. and fit. The low profile heel and soul fits good under my shift lever. The leather is nice and soft. I also use these as dress shoes. The souls will wear out faster than most boots. (Less meat). my 1st pair I had re-souled. For the money this is a great pair of boots.
Great boots! Easy on and off. I have very wide feet and these boots allow adequate room for walking and riding. I ordered the 10.5 (my size) and the fit was amazing correct. Excellent boot for the price. I shopped locally, but could not find anything to compare with the style, construction and price. I remain a loyal customer.
Very comfortable and stylish riding boot. But after about 6 months the sole started to separate. Took them to a shoe repairer to have fixed. Even with the extra $20 bucks I had to spend, I love these boots.
The boots are nice , fits just right , tough looking , designed to look like motorcycle rough and tough style , heavy duty ,price is good , 5 star rating from me .
Like most of the reviews, these boots are way bigger than the size stamped on the boots, at least one size maybe more. And as far as the free shipping on exchanges... My $#*!!! It will cost you $20 bucks, the free shipping is an outright lie. I have already exchanged them once and i will not do it again due to. customer service, so now i am stuck with a pair of boots that is still to large and i can't wear or keep paying till i get the right size. So much for the great value
Just recieved my order from you folks and all fits fine and looks real nice. I ordered these boots because they had two zippers in them, as I have to put custom made insoles in all of my shoes due to health issues and there is only one zipper on each of the boots that function, as the other zipper is only for looks as far as I can tell, so it deafeated my purpose for buying the more expensive double zipper boot!! The description of the boots made no mentiion of only one zipper on each boot that actually works.

As others have pointed out, it's a shame the product description does not mention that only one of the two zippers if functional - the other is just for show. I bought them thinking there were two functional zippers.
I just got my boots. the order came very fast and I love the new boots. very comfortable and they look great. I ride all the time and these boots can take it.
I want to get another pair but the Men's Advanced Dual Strap Leather Boots are sold out.... darn!!!!!
Don't worry leatherup you still have a customer for life great deals great quality and great service you can't beat that so why try?
thanks again and look forward to wearing my next pair....
Very confortable boot at feet level but there is a major problem at the calf level of the boots. It is to tight, Y must l unzip 3 inchs to be fully confortable.
Quality HD material. Feels like it may be 1/2 size on the large side, but good fit. Boots came with free shipping in 4 days. Very comfortable and wore them all day riding and walking. I can do with out the Ragle on the side and the skull emblem, but covered up by my jeans. The boot shaft is smaller then the average boots I have owned, which is a plus. It allows my standard Wranglers to fit over the top with out having to mess with pant legs. If you above average thick calves these may be too snug around your leg. I will buy theses again.
Fit great look great what more can I say. A few stiching's are off around the sole of the boot but nothing thats to noticible. They didnt need any "breaking in" I have been wearing them all day and they are comfy with no sore spots. The weight of the boot takes a little time to get used to. Dispite having the zipper down the side you still must un lace a bit before removal. The straps on the side are adjustable which rocks with a boot this height, it makes for easy breathing room or tighter for safe riding if you wish. Over all Id get them again because of the price and durability.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
