The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Perfect jacket for hot rides. worth twice the price. I was worried that it would be too short, but it fits to my body very well, I am 6'5" and 280. I bought my wife the womans version and she is petit and she loves hers too.
The jacket performs as advertised. Designed for summer temps yet still gives basic protection. The jacket fits well but for sizing I recommend measuring a jacket you own and comparing those dimensions with the corresponding numbers provided in the sizing chart.
Great jacket for the money. It fits well but the collar is a little small, but who closes the collar anyway? I like having the armor in a mesh jacket. I feel safer when I am weaing my other armored jacket but it is too hot for the summer. This fits the bill perfectly.
Durable, easy to install, comes with everything you need. For the cost, you couldn't ask for a better product.
I bought 2 of these jackets, one for me and one for my husband as we wanted to match on the bike and they do not have this color in womens. My husbands fit was excellent! He is tall and has very long arms and I was a little worried that the sleeves would not be long enough. They are plenty long and it looks great on him. My jacket was quite long in the sleeves and big in the shoulders but all in all it fit pretty good. The air flows through them quite well. The liner is not quite as warm as I would have thought but we do ride where it is cooler a lot of the time. Over all these are great jackets.
i'm 5'10", 195lb, 40" chest, medium frame. generally buy large in most items (some XL) and have purchased over 20 items from leatherup over the last 7 yrs with excellent service. the large in this suit was way too big. I seldom need much more than a light jacket underneath so I wanted mine to be more fitted to me and a medium is perfect - big enough for a light-medium thick jacket but not overly large w/just a t-shirt. if your wearing heavy leathers you might be OK with a large. have been in two light (about 30 min each) and one heavy rain storm (for 150 miles). had some minor leakage on seams of seat first two times, and got thoroughly soaked in seat/crotch area on the 150 mile ride. legs and upper body had some moisture but not uncomfortably wet. this suit is most definitely NOT 100% waterproof and if I spent $160 for it, it would be returned -but for the price it's a functional suit. bright colors are nice. there's not a pocket slip to get to underlying garments (wallet/change/whatever), but the full side zippers are a must.
Very happy with quality and features. Haven't ridden in rain yet as I just got it, but I'll talk about the sizing. I'm 5'9.5", 190 lb, 42" chest and inseam of 32-33", waste 33-34". I normally wear a large in all jackets/tops of any sort and a medium in pants/shorts. I measured my leather jacket (42") according to all the measurements in the size chart for this rainsuit and based on that I went with a medium suit. I tried the rainsuit over my leather jacket and chaps and it fits very nice. The sleeves are slightly short (easy to live with) but I was expecting that as I have long arms and usually buy shirts with the longer sleeve option. Glad I went with the medium.
After a rain I'll re-post to talk about waterproof aspect.
Got this jacket on the black Friday deal and what a deal. Needed a leather coat for the winter. It fit me perfect. Got a Large. I am about 180 and 5'9". The leather on it is thick and it came with the armor pads in it. Had to put a touch of Vaseline on the zippers, but other than that awesome. Leatherup is the bomb. Great deal.
Nice fit and looks good. I'm am 5,9 200lbs. I ordered an XL and it fits great. love the jacket and Ill be buying all my stuff here. I live in Colorado and ride in 30 degree weather. Nice and worm I would recommend this jacket.
Those gloves look good and fit very comfy. nice protection too. very good buy for the price.
This is a nice jacket, fit is good and quality appears good also. I like the removable liner, my other jackets don't have this feature. Overall an outstanding product.
Nice gloves, comfortable and worth the price. I am a little dissappointed with the knuckle protection, it is bulky.
These gloves are great... I need to get me a second pair... very comfortable
Nice quality for the money, but don't care for the clear hard plastic knuckle guard - would have preferred just extra padding there. However, my wife likes them and they fit her hands well, so she's keeping them.
Comfortable....stylish....and the knuckle protection does its job!

These are GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! A little snug at first but after an hour of riding they broke in well. By far the most comfortable gloves I have ever had my hands in. The nuckle protection looks bulky to the eye but once you get rideing it feels so natural that you don't even realize it is there. When I wear these out I will for sure buy another pair.
Theses gloves fit tight but the knuckle protection is great.
my husband loves these gloves. He says they are very comfy. They fit great too! shiped quickly
Excellent fit and feel, but no finger hold to pull gloves off.
Fits great, wears well. I wear them every time I ride my bike. Thanks
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
