I usually wear a 34-36 waist pant, ordered a 34 and they were way too small. went to 38 and the waist fits well put had to hem up the legs. I have only worn a couple of times as of now, fit is comfortable, they sit well on the bike with the knee padding right where it should be. So far I am happy with them.
Jeans are good quality and well priced. One problem area is the pocket/pouch that hold the knee protection pads. They are not attached at the top to the pant material so when you put your foot in it can locate between the inside part of the pouch and pant leg. I stiched the top to the pant leg which eliminated the problem and made the pouch more stable.
I am very happy with these pants. They are very reasonably priced and fit well. Along with the leather chaps I bought from Leatherup, I feel reasonably protected. It would be nice to have some padding on the hips. I might go back and get another pair they are that good!
Please be advised that all these are, are in essence glorified jeans with protection at the knees and nothing, nothing, nothing else. It depends what you want. I want jeans that I not only ride, but also protect me. These jeans are not going to protect me! Thus, with that said I want jeans that will have padding on the thighs and buttocks if I fall and not only at my knees! Consequently, these jeans do little to nothing in all honest. They are thus glorified jeans with protection at the knees and nothing else. Thus those that designed the jeans was not looking the rider. Instead make a jean with padding on the knees and call them riding/motorcycle jeans. Also, on the bottom of the jeans there should be a buckle because they feel like bell bottoms and they flap in the wind! Another design flaw.
In conclusion, they are good, glorified jeans that offer minimal protection. They have the padding on the knees but they stopped there! Why? Why not putting padding on the buttocks and the side of leg/thing? and why do they flop in the wind-as if they are bell bottoms. Not well though out. I guess he failed engineering school or is not a motorcyclist. Everything else is good, but it is the engineering flaws that bother me and thus the nothing of glorified motorcycle jeans.
i got the pants and had a small hole in them and zipper u could not get the tab out,but fit was great, and i am going to try a new pair
These jeans are nice. The fit is not to bad. I usually wear a 31. I ordered a 32 and they are slightly loose but ok. I like the padding in the knees not only for motorcycling safety, but for at work use. I like the stretch material in the crotch area for comfort on the bike and for movability at work. I would like these jeans in a carpenter style because of the side pocket that I could use for my cell phone. If they were in carpenter style and had a cheaper price I would buy more of them.
I had to send first pair back, I wear a 34 and had to go to a 36. this pair fit great and are very comfortable on the bike, looking forward to getting a second pair in black.
The vest itself was great. However, THE ZIPPER WAS BROKEN WHEN I GOT IT. It was zipped to the top like someone checked it and it was sent to me anyway. So I spent $50 on a vest PLUS $20 on rush shipping plus $30 on buying a new zipper and getting the seamstress to fix it in time for bike week :( AND LEATHER UP WILL ONLY GIVE ME $15 back for reimbursement.
This is a great vest. Made really well might be a little narrow at the waist. Exactly what i have been looking for.
They do the job very well made need bigger always..

I will continue to buy from "LeatherUp.com" I have been more than happy with everything that I have ordered with them.
The leather is outstanding!
Good product and great price. I love the fit, except I wish it came in petite. When I zip it up, it rides up a bit because I'm short. OTher wise great.
my wife loves this vest. it is very high quality and the fit is perfect. It is really a great product.
I'm very happy with my vest. It was actually heavier than I anticipated, which was a good thing. Thank you
This vest is well made and the fit is great. My only complaint is the zippers are not as heavy duty as I would like for a motorcycle vest, so I replaced mine. For the $$$, this is still an excellent buy.
Awesome looking vest. Fits a little stiff though I imagine it will soften up as I wear it. It rides up a little on the shoulders.. Showed up with broken zipper though.
Get lots of compliments - I'm a "junosque" female and often have trouble getting a vest that fits and flatters. This does. I wear XL and the ability to lace the sides really helps.
Definately a five star!!
Great fit and was shipped within days of ordering.
Thank you Leatherup!
very sexy vest for my ol lady, seems to run very small my wife is usually a med in this case a large was not big enough to button
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
