Bought blue denim pants because they were out of the black ones in 34. I have word that the black ones are in, so I orderd them. The pants fit good and are of heavy denim with good knee-shin protection. I have ordered several items from Leatherup and I am happy with the service and the quality of all the things I have received.
These are the most comfortable pants I've ever worn on a motorcycle.
I've been riding since 1982, and have taken many road trips, and can't wait to do another in these. They look great and feel even better.
Steve Chicago, IL.
Great pair of jeans for the money. I've spent more for same type and style of jeans from in another brand, but for the moeny these win hands down. Legs are too long for me, so I'm going to have them hemmed up several inchers so they aren't dragging the ground when I walk. Can't go wrong with these.
Wish I would have bought these instead of the Alpinestars version of these jeans first. I would have saved myself a 100 bucks!!!!
These pants are awesome and that is an understatement
Great pants for the price, however be aware. These pants are LONG. Inseam says 32" and I am a 31" but these pants were messured at a total of 36" inseam. No problem with a little hemming and for the price you cant beat it.
These Pants Are 5 Stars, Legit, i can finally wear riding pants without looking like a (total) fool. haha these are nice.. want to buy 150 dollar jeans go right ahead it will be the same if not worse than these
Nice pants. The fit and style of these pants are excellent, These pants are made from heavy duty denim and the elastic will serve as extra venting in warm rides. The shipping was fast and the product was just as advertised. This is a very good product. Excellent customer service, Leather Up!
great pants well worth the money bought two pairs had them tailored to my taste and liking quality well worth the price highly recommend to purchase you wont be sorry
These pants are worth every penny. The fit is very accurate, waist and length wise. They are very comfortable as well. The only thing I would add would be kevlar reinforcement.
Good fitting pants, made from heavy denim. Breathable and also keeps u warm on those cold rides. i will always order from leather up.
I found that these pants are fairly well made and are very practical. There is one point to remember though...they shrink when washed. Not a lot, but enough to make them tight in the waist. I do like the armor in the knees, and the stretch/flex material in the knees and crotch.
These are awesome! Now its time for the black ones.
I ordered these pants and I must say that they are great. I usually wear sz 40 34 Levi 501s and I ordered these in sz 42 per other reviews. I washed them in cold and dried them and I actually think I may like the way they feel better than my Levis. 1st thing I noticed on the bike was that there was no binding while swinging a leg over and the knee pads reduce the cold on the legs. Outstanding pants I am going to order the black ones now that I know. Padding not too impressive, knees thin pad.
Great fit! Wore them on a 200 mile ride in 90 weather and they felt great. Plenty of air flow and the knee armour hit the right spot. I'm 6'0" and 230lbs. I bought a 38 and they fit perfectly. I highly recommend these pants. They also look really nice.
The very best denim jeans I have worn while riding! The jeans stretch perfectly while sitting on the bike. The quality of these jeans are second to none and should last for a long time! The knee pads are a plus. In my opinion 39.95 is a steal for these jeans!
These pants just make you feel safe. Padding and armor where you need it. None of us ever plan on a fall but you have to protect yourself and these pants do just that.
These were out-of-stock for a long time but I was notified when they were available and my order was immediately processed for quick delivery. I am glad I waited; the jeans are comfortable, well sewn and of relatively heavy denim. Double seams, sewn reinforcements; very good product, great price. I have a 34 waist and the 34 fit just fine. I have 30 inseam and needed to shorten them 2 inches...QED. Magic wand? I'd love a cell phone pocket and a couple additional belt loops in back.
The fit was perfect, though I take a 33 and these were 34. The knee and shin padding was set too high, so when sat on the bike the pads covered the top of the knee and thigh (and is a little uncomfortable). I am 5' 10" and I do not have long legs either, so these would better suit those who are not as tall or with short legs. I expected heavyweight denim, but these seem no heavier than regular Wranglers. I also expected the pads to held into the jeans by more than thin cotton pockets that may rip if I put my legs in too enthsiastically. Still, for the price they will do the job for short summer rides.
i have really enjoy these pants sense i bought them. after about a month i decieded that they could be eaven better. i work in a manufacturing environment and decieded that it was a pain in the a** to take my steel toe boots off every time i wanted to put on or take off these pants. i purchased two heavy duty 18" zippers (looking back i should have got about a 22" to make it eaven better) and put one in each leg to make it easier to slip them on over my boots. i also sewed the knee guard holders down as i thought they moved aroung too much. i would buy another pair when i need them. if they put in some type of heavy duty zipper i would absoluity buy another pair eaven for an increase in price.
This will be my 3rd pair of armored riding jeans which is my usual - 1 is a "name brand" the other is a "house brand" like these and I must say if these hold up, I am giving the value nod to Xelement. So far best value. it would a nice addition to have some kevlar in critical areas rather than the heavy weight demin, but notwithstanding that, the fit, finish, features and price make these a must have for most riding conditions.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
