I just received my model #1710 3/4 length classic leather coat and I must say was quite surprised about the whole experience with LeatherUp. The packaging was secure, when I put the jacket on it fit like I went to the tailor I'm 5'6" and 165lbs the medium was the exact fit I was looking for with or without the liner and the quality of the leather was nice and supple I would and I am definitely buying another jacket from LeatherUp, thanks again.

I just received this jacket and love it! It is true to size...being 6'1", 250 lbs, with a 46" chest and 38-40" waist, the XL fits as if I had it tailor made for me, with or without the lining. The only issue I had when I put the jacket on for the first time, one of the buttons popped off in my hand and I had to take it to a tailor to have it sewn back on the jacket. Even with that in mind, this is an awesome jacket and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for this style coat! The only reason I rated the features and finish under 5 stars was because of the button popping off right away.

Second leather jacket purchased form Leather Up. Good price and nice jackets, but buttons fell of both jackets.

Also, I called Leather Up regarding their terrible sizing chart. They told me they size on the outside of the garment, not the normal inside sizing that everyone else uses. I told them I have a 40 chest and the smallest size the chart shows is a 47 chest. The only reason I even ordered from them was because the other jacket I purchased from them was a small and it fit good. They could care less and just blow me off! I guess they don't care if they make a sale or send the customer the wrong size.

I highly recommend this coat. It looks sharp, feels great and has nice soft leather. Yes, the buttons suck as people point out. One button was basically hanging from a thread and that was before I put it on. For the price I got this at, no big deal. So to help you out on sizing, I am 5'8 in 195 with big shoulders and a 34 waist. My arms are a little on the shorter side, usually a 32 in dress shirts. I went with the Medium due to the large chest measurement for size L. Got lucky! The jacket fits perfect in the shoulders, length and arms and waist. So one size down seemed to work for me on this coat. Never noticed any smell but leather. Zippered lining is nice quality.

This coat is a great value with a fantastic look! I purchased this coat for my husband for his birthday. It was a great fit for him. He is 6'2" and around 200 lbs. He has a long torso so a coat that goes to the hip was a great choice for him. He loves the coat! He couldn't wait to show it off. He wore it to work and to visit my folks. My dad's wife fell in love with it as well. She had been looking for something just like it for my father. So she asked me to order one for my father. Now they have matching coats but neither of them care as they both love the coat!
