The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

They are pretty nice gloves, but after only a month or two mine have started unraveling and falling apart.
very comfortable gloves. the finger-joint stretch panels make these gloves very flexible and comfortable. These came in slighty big, but that may be the stretch panels. great customer service and delivery was within the week.
Gloves are great at alleviating vibration and stresses of riding. Plenty of ventilation to keep hands from getting too hot during summer months. There was a slight defect on the pair I received. After a few times os wearing, I discovered a small hole on the palm side where the mesh material meets the wrist band. Called LeatherUp and within a week I received a replacement pair. They did not have the same style of glove available, so I went for a same priced different pair. None the less I did like the gloves and would recommend. I also commend LeatherUp for the prompt response and corrective action to the issue.
I haven't used them yet but they fit and look great. They are very comfortable. I'm looking forward to using them!
I am a big guy, 6'-4" and 230 lbs and the XL gloves fit me pretty good. Not to tight but not to big on my hands either. Solid movement too, especially after they get broken in.
I got a dud. The left middle finger tore in a week. Leatherup.com gave me a full refund and I got to keep the gloves. I plan on cutting the fingers off for summer gloves.
I will order again, these gloves fit great and look good too.
I bought these gloves and was very pleased with the quality and fit. everything I have bought from LeatherUp has been great
good pair of gloves, perfect for summer riding. They seem like they will hold up nicely, much better than the Olympia gloves they are replacing.
Within two days of riding, the seam on the palm where the leather meets the cloth/2 pads right below the fingers ripped open. Other than that, they fit well and felt like they provided good protection.
OK for the money. A small hole developed at the thumb where the mesh and leather meet on one of the gloves where not enough seem allowance was given. My go to gloves have been mechanics gloves purchased at auto parts store.
I really ilke this gloves but everytime that i use them my hands are tinted in black, maybe its because they are new. Really good gloves for the price.
Comfortable and feel broken in the first time you put them on...
The gloves seem well built. Look good. Comfort gets an "ok". Good for my morning commute when its cool. Don't love them, but I don't really like wearing gloves anyway. Met my expectations. No regret.
Great gloves, good fit, quick delivery. The only problem is allowing the dye in the leather to stop coming off on your hands. I've worn them about 6-7 times and it is beginning to stop bleeding onto my palms.
the gloves look good and their performance is very good so far, like many of the reviewers state they leave your hands black, but as you use them more it goes away also the odor like petroleum, overall a good item i will buy it again...
I bought a medium and they fit well. They are not very warm gloves but they feel very natural. Anything cooler then 45-50 degrees would leave your hands chilly. I have not experienced the black stain effect as others, but it is still cool in MN and I haven't been sweating much yet. They seem high quality, no visual defects. Would buy again, but will need a different pair for colder riding.
These gloves fit great. They stayed cool in the hot Louisiana summer. HOWEVER. They lasted less than 6 months. I didn't abuse these at all either. I was very impressed with them, until is started to fray on the top of the hands and it went quickly when it did.
Thumb webs tore holes about 1/4" in ONE RIDE on BOTH gloves, despite a good fit and come off easily. The policy here is NO RETURNS on any USED item, so here I sit SEWING on a BRAND NEW pair of gloves.
They do ventilate enough for summer, gel pads are nicely thin, tho uneccessary for performance riding.
Great gloves at a great price. Fit was right on with the chart.
Great fit... Love the gel on the palm..Very comfortable a..My new gloves for riding in future..And Great price... Very Satisfied
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
