The company has garnered a solid reputation for product quality and value, with many customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases, particularly in terms of craftsmanship and timely delivery. However, customer service experiences reveal a significant concern regarding slow response times and difficulties in handling returns and refunds. While some customers eventually received resolutions, the inconsistency in support has led to frustration. Overall, while the company excels in product offerings, enhancing the efficiency and responsiveness of customer service would greatly improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Thick and comfortable, the gloves kept my hands from getting too cold in 40 degree weather. Maybe the only warmer gloves are electric?
Great gloves, great price. I bought them for my boyfriend and he loves them.
Glove are ok. I live in New Mexico and the wind chill factor brought the temp to 20 degrees and the gloves did not hold up. I rode 85 mile north into the colder temp and my hands were frozen before reaching my job site.
Gloves fit just as expected, wore in 40 degree weather and hands stayed tostey warm, great value for the price thankx LeatherUp
Gloves were shipped very quickly and were as advertised. Good product and good price.
AMAZING, I have another pair of gloves from leatherup that are great as well but not warm enough, so I got these for the cold and they more than do the job. I have never been disappointed with their products keep it up and I will keep buying.
Great gloves, especially for the price! Warm, durable and fit well. Fast service, great product. Love this site! Thanks again!
These gloves "do the trick" ! They fit well and do a good job of keeping my hands warm. I like the velcro gauntlet design. They pull on over my jacket sleeves easily and once I secure the velcro straps, they keep the heat in and the cold air out...I Love "Em!
Sharp looking for winter gloves. I wear L in gloves and the L fits perfect. Not too snug which you don't want in winter gloves, because air space is what insulates. Have room for additional glove liner if needed. Large guntlet fits over all my riding jackets, even the thick leather one. This is the first pair of winter gloves I own that do not impede hand movements. I have had gloves costing 3 times as much but not as functionally good.
Perfect for the winter in Phoenix. Sometimes the tips of my fingers get slightly cold but the right amount of insulation vs. great control of my bike. Easy on and off.
These Gloves are a great fit right out of the box.. I have to ride 20 miles to work the gloves are warm and great up to about 35 deg. and above. Any thing below that you will have burning fingers. But not overly bad. I have rode in 22 deg. And it was a little painful. May look into some liners just don't know which one's to get.. Over all these gloves are perfect as I live in FL .. although it was 24 last night...
The gloves look great and feel great but are not very warm. I used them for the first time this past weekend and it was 50 degrees out but in Florida that is cold. I was on the highway for about 30 minutes at 70 miles per hour and my hands were really cold. Can't imagine how they would feel if it was really cold outside.
Good product for the price. Got two pair one for my son and my wife.
The gloves are fairly warm and fit over my leather coat but the velcro for the attachment at the end of the glove came off. When I went to pull the top part of the attachment off, the velcro came with it. I glued it back but it's still loose so be careful.
Very comfortable and warm. Road in 36 degree weather with no problem. Yes, it can get that cold in so. fla. Great price, great fit.
My IPhone malfunctioned- I meant to put 4 stars- love the Velcro straps...but I got a L and should have gotten a M- I had previously ordered some more inexpensive leather gloves and ordered a L and the fit fine, but these ran a little big
Big bang for the price! I really like the large cuff that extends far beyond the end of the jacket sleeves, keeping any head wind from finding its way to spoil the warm inside your gloves and jacket. It is not nearly as important to me, but they look great also. I ride year-round. Happy hands in Kernersville.
For the price, these are fabulous gloves. My hands DO still get a little cold, but it's completely stopped what I bought them for, draft up my d*mn arms! :) I don't get to my destination with my wrists aching from the cold. These seem like good quality gloves that will far outlast the cost!
I really love these gloves. When my hands get cold, it seems like everything else is too, and i'm not enjoying life, but with these very warm and comfortable gloves...well. I'm a happy rider. Nuff said.
Wonderful gloves especially for the cold mountain mornings in Colorado.
Answer: Leather can be stretched some what if it's wet. But you should seek a professional cobbler to see if they can be stretched before you try it. Quite honestly you won't have much luck with customer service I found. They're very obnoxious, unhelpful and generally not pleasant to deal with. I wish you good luck
Answer: This is why Revzilla.com, denniskirk.com, and motorcyclesuperstore.com are so popular. I called each of these companies before and spoke to an actual person who had the product in their hands while talking with me.
Answer: You unfortunately made a bad choice doing business with this company. Go check their reviews. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'd be amazed if you get ANY response from them at all! Sorry to tell ya.
