Overall this is a really good jacket. It is a very heavy and thick jacket. if you are looking for soft leather and easy movement then this is not the jacket for you. This jacket feels as if it can really take a pounding. Hope it doesnt happen but if I ever hit the road or anything else this jacket feels as though it will protect my torso. If by chance you ever wear this jacket in a car you will not enjoy the fit. The lower back padding pushes the collar half way up your head. It is a pretty warm jacket but you will definitely need some other cold protection in 40 degrees and colder. my only real problem with this jacket is with the fit. if you wear a 1x-2X because of a rounder belly, you will need to size it way up for comfort. I wear a 1x-2x because of a beer gut and had to get a 5x to be comfortable and not having it fit too tight around my keg. The price on this jacket is great as long as you dont get the wrong size and have to return it. a $50 dollar return shipping cost sucks. remember when sizing that it only covers the chest and the waist...not the higher beer gut so if you are built more on the round side size up to be on the safe side because there is not much give in the leather.

This has been the best choice I've ever made. This is the best jacket I've ever owned as a 20 year motorcyclist. And without a doubt the best jacket for the money. I ride a sports bikes and as a bigger dude. I couldn't stand the sizing options that the big name brands offered, not to mention the pricing. This is a heavyweight leather jacket that fits nicely (4X) and feels great, so great that I've worn it when I'm not even riding the motorcycle. When people ask me where to get one, I almost don't want to tell them cause I'm afraid if I do they may be discontinued when if I ever need another! LOL! This price is unbeatable for the quality that X-element provides. Zippers are heavy duty, padding is in all of the right places and it looks awesome. One small issue for me is that the button strap inside the right sleeve that snaps to the insulated liner tore off once when I was putting it on. But it does not affect the ability to still use the liner. X-element has a winner here, so please keep making these, PLEASE! On a side note, it looks really great with the X-element leather cowhide racing pants too! As long as there is Leatherup and X-element, I'll be getting my motorcycle gear from them. My orders always arrive on time, and in great shape. The one time I returned gloves (I ordered the wrong size) it was quick and easy. Satisfied again!

Great jacket and women seriously love it, sounds odd but a few random women have told me it looks good on me.. the jacket runs extremely small. Im 5'11 250lbs 50 inch chest 38 inch waist arms are around 20. I wish everyone would put down their measurements, it might have saved me the 30$ to exchange my 2xl for a 3xl which I really should have gotten a 4xl... my normal jackets and shirts are 2xl... to get a really good fit I should have ordered the 4xl but im extremely happy either way!!!!!

Don't even bother with any other brand. Xelement boots are amazing. The leather is full grain, thick and oil tanned. Great protection. It feels great from the first time you wear them. Also the insole is removable which I have only seen on VERY high end boots over $120. Most other boots glue them in, which is cheaper and less comfort over time. Plus you can replace these with gel or same ones when they wear out. Leatherup.com must be giving these Xelement boots away at these prices. I'm picking up the harness boot also.
