Ordered a custom leather coat. Three weeks from order to delivery. Very pleased with the product. Will order again!

I bought a leather jacket for my college grandson. The jacket is as described and my grandson is very happy.
I especially appreciate the quality, care and workmanship that was put into making the jacket.

My wife and friend were ordering my Christmas gift but backed out because of size uncertainty. The girl had entered her credit card ( she has no PayPal) and doesn't believe the sale went through. Low and behold, the jacket was delivered and charged with her credit card to a PayPal account she didn't have.
The company was very nice while basically saying too bad… you own it and we're not taking it back. Very poor response and no way to make/keep a customer. Now I'm stuck with a jacket I can't wear due to a tech issue and no company offer for reconciliation. They also appear to have ignored my last e-mail.

My overall experience with LeatherCult was great—the quality of the products and services was impressive. However, I wish there were more options for custom-made slapjacks to cater to specific preferences. Adding more customization features could make the shopping experience even better.

The customer service team was great! They promptly responded to questions. The measurement directions were very precise. The pants are an absolutely perfect fit! The pants are tight in all the right places without feeling any restrictions. They fit like a glove! I'm already ordering other products from them. I purchased a leather vest from LeatherCult for my father's birthday as his gift, and while the quality of the product seems great, I encountered a significant issue with sizing. The vest I received was much smaller than a regular large size, which made it uncomfortable to wear. He typically wears a Large, and this item didn't fit as expected.
I reached out to the seller for an exchange or return, but unfortunately, they were unwilling to accommodate my request. This was disappointing, as I was hoping for a more flexible return or exchange policy, especially considering sizing discrepancies.
If you plan to purchase, I'd recommend considering sizing up or verifying with the seller beforehand if you're uncertain about the fit. For me, this experience didn't live up to expectations.

Pants ordered are the same as two years ago with the same measurements at the waist. However they are visibly smaller by an inch.

Customer service is great, and they accommodated slight design modifications.

The first one I ordered a year ago arrived a bit tight in the back. Repaired with break-in, but the length was about five inches too long, based on my measurements and on the photo of the model on the website. I had to cut it off and re-hem the jacket myself.

The I adjusted my measurements for the second one, and it was still tight in the back, mostly due to the dimensions of the sleeve holes.

The third was correct across the back, and the length was correct based on my measurements, but the sleeves were about three inches too long. I will have to re-size the sleeves myself.

Overall, great experience. Pleased with the quality of my jacket, fit and style
