Order process was easy, delivery time was prompt, I was able to customize sizing of the garment, and the finished product was amazing.

I would point out to U.S. customers, the styling is eastern or European. If you want the fasteners to be right over left, point it out in the notes portion of checkout.

This is my first time buying a leather jacket online. Im 5 foot 9 220lbs with a fit/muscular build that is difficult to accomodate, especially around the shoulders and biceps. I opted for a custom measurements. I made a few measurements that were off and their staff caught it, reached out, gave advice on how to correct it before finally sending everything to the designer.

It came out perfect, a little long in the sleeve but that's what I wanted just in case there were fit issues and will have it tailored later.

Packaged well, exactly what I ordered, and smells fantastic to boot.

I ordered this 10 days out from my wedding and wasn't sure it would make it in time however not only did it show up 2 days early, the quality of this jacket is second to none. It's amazing. It fit perfectly to the measurements that were sent and required no extra tailoring. Top quality product for an affordable cost.

Quality product and quick delivery!A great gift for movie fans

The ordering and reception of goods was pretty straight forward. My item showed up in good condition and in a timely fashion. But the issue for me, lies within the "business model" at Leather Cult. You take your own measurements@ home, then send on those measurements with the order, where they produce the item by hand. The issue: They do not take into consideration that humans are fallible We recieved our item, leather leggings, and they did not fit properly, much too tight in the knee area, so much so that my wife could not even pull them up high enough to zip them. I contacted customer service about the issue and the lady was quite cooperative and courteous, except where correcting the issue was concerned. She found that the issue was with the measurements we sent in, they were done improperly. They did the work based on the information we gave them, and that is a valid point, but we are working class people, we are not designers, tailors, or alterationists, so they should expect that people do not always get it right. So the Leather Cult's solution to this issue...order another pair of leather leggings, with new measurements and they would be kind enough to give a 10% gift certificate for a discount on the new pair of leather leggings which may or may not fit when we recieve them. Because of the "hand made" nature of the item, no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges, the policy says. So in essence, keep sending us $175.00 until the item is correct, or not, we don't really care. So as the consumers, my wife is left with leather leggings that she cannot wear unless she develops an eating disorder and I am out $175, which in my world and this economy, is a lot of money. And as far as the "return/refund policy", it is virtually non
Existent. The average consumer is not going to read any return/refund policies before they place an order because it is not in their mindset that they are going to have any issues with their order in the first place. And that is my main issue with Leather Cult. If there are no issues with your order, awesome! But if you encounter any issue, you are just screwed and left to your own devices with whatever issue you are experiencing. The irony for me is that my wife has bought many items from them over the past few years and has been impressed by them. And on my first order, this is the kind of sour experience that I have. This company really needs to find a way to be more proactive and flexible with the needs and concerns of their customer base, to find a way to make them happy enough to return, leeching off of them for more revenue is not a viable business model. Leather Cult...massive disappointment.

I had a pair of trousers made to measure. I was a little nervous doing the measuring myself, but the instructions were clear enough and I crossed my fingers as I pressed confirm order. Once theorder was received I was able to follow along the progress of my garment which was really fast. The order shipped and there were several delays with the shipping but that was Aramx and Fed Ex so the shipping time was a lot longer than the website stated.
But finally, I had my trousers in hand and I was anxious and excited to see if my. Measurements had measured up. The trousers fit perfectly, and the quality was so much higher than any other pant at this price point. I paid extra for the stretch leather and for lining and I'm glad I did.
A beautiful piece to add to my wardrobe. Coming next will be a sport coat and a couple of leather shirts, before I start exploring colored sudes.
And did I mention their celebrity jackets?OMG it doesn't get any better. I love this companyu.
