I purchased a shirt on sale for $118. I paid the $20 international shipping charge as I am staying in Canada. I got a notification from UPS stating that I had to pay $103. In additional charges. UPS was charging me $48. For shipping and the remainder was for duty and taxes. The "duty " was higher than other companies where items are more expensive. Also I paid shipping. I've called 13 times in 2 days and emailed 3 times and zero answer. No one answers the phone and no one responds to the emails. BEWARE.
