Overall my experience was good. Rough start because I didn't receive an email stating when approximately the order was going to ship. I contacted LeatherCult and they told me the order was at the factory and they would contact me when it ships. A few days later I was contacted with a shipping date. It arrived when they said and the quality seems excellent.

Attention to detail is exceptional. Fulfillment was quick. I will be ordering again.

The ordering process is very easy. This is the second jacket I have ordered and I like that my previous measurements could be automatically uploaded for my new jacket.

This company does what it says it will do. I knew nothing about measuring md they tell you exactly how to do it. The turn around was quick and the suit fits wonderfully. The quality is top notch.

A little rocky considering I had to wait over the Christmas break, but that's on me. Found out that what I normally wear for jackets hadn't matched the XL here.

Personally, I don't blame LeatherCult for the sizing. However, I am confused with the instructions and feedback from one of the workers who took the time to respond when I asked how I would proceed with changing my size for future purchase and another jacket I have yet to receive.

All of my orders in the past have been excellent. My most recent order came and the item was too big. I have sent an email to the company I'm awaiting a response on how I can have the item altered or replaced I'm hopeful they can send me instructions on how to do so.

I ordered a leather jacket in the same size I always buy them—Large. However, the Large size here runs small and the jacket-(which was a beautifully made leather)-ran small. It did not fit. Instead of exchanging the leather for one that properly fit, I received a measly 10% discount to purchase the leather again, but this time without free shipping. Not, in my opinion, a fair exchange.

Tons of options, tons of good styles and good pricing

I purchased a leather blazer as a gift in December. I was impressed with the quality of leather for the price. I ended up making another purchase in a different color. Turn around time was great considering it's custom made.

I was apprehensive about ordering a Christmas gift for my daughter knowing that I couldn't return jacket if it didn't fit. But because of the reviews on the quality of product I decided to take a chance since I couldn't find anything else affordable with great comments. I followed the advice of others and ordered a size up. It fit her perfectly and she loves her new leather jacket.

I'm always a bit wary of placing an order with a company I've not used before, but I checked out the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a leather coat for my Husband and I was very impressed with how responsive they were to emails and keeping me posted with my order status. We ordered a size up based on advice given from previous reviews. The order arrived in time for Christmas and fits perfect.

The side panels are just material, no stretch whatsoever, I won't wear this very disappointing
