Skype calls would be paramount to your business! Emails tend to be confusing. With your personal service... Skype calls will add a much better customer experience. Also try adding a form for returns and adjustments rather just shipping a garment. (This aspect of your CS totally confused me) I'm not sure who's responsible for return shipping a d what actual adjustments can be made to garment how it will take to be updated, returned. These are key unknowns to me as a new customer. (If you implement the tasks aforementioned? It'll add a significant level of appreciation from new customers like myself) I still have my 1st garment and adjustments are needed, but I'm not sure how to process a claim?
So I totally have no idea what steps to take? So I wait like an idiot!

It was Good! Thought I would receive b4 Valentine Day, which I did not but it was ok. I had not received any information on when I was going to receive the coat. So, I called to get a date range when I might receive the coat. It wasn't a long process, but I would have like to know when I was going to receive it. He got it and was very pleased with the quality and fit. He Loved it...that's all that mattered!

I have purchased numerous jackets and blazers and have no complaints with the product: ordering is a pain. They want you to use pay pal but make it difficult. It won't allow you to check out as a guest and requires you open an account. Then you have to go through an email process to get a special link to check out as a guest. Which takes a couple of days back and forth. I have literally not ordered a jacket because I didn't want to go through all that. Also I have requested numerous times that they change this to no avail.

I don't like PayPal...
Customer service was great and verified my measurements before production.
The garment is well-made.
The leather was thin, about 2 ounce for those that are familiar with leather thicknesses.
It is a fine coat for cool temps. I ordered mine without insulation.
It smells like a baseball glove.
The lining and buttons are good quality.
It should give man years of service.

It actually looks like what I ordered and thanks to being able to submit custom measurements it fits perfectly.

Poor quality buttons - the plastic hoop on the back of the button broke off on first fastening

Outfit was delivered with tailored to specified measurements and earlier than estimated. The fit is great. Only downside is some red dye from the leather rubbing off onto the white parts.

I just wanted to thank you for 5he coat. I've dealt with you before and the quality of craftsmanship is still great. I had a fe2 coats from you that lasted decades but unfortunately lost them. So I needed to replenish and replace them so I come to you and you haven't let me down so again thank you so much.

Good experience, I really love the Jacket. But it's to small

Website is pretty extensive with the options for leather on the coats but falls flat on its face when showing the interior or even a look specific feature of a coat. Quality is great but the jacket is just a bit too small even though I was in the middle of their guidelines for the size I choose. Also zipper pull is on the opposite side of standard is really throwing me off. Honestly I'd like to return it. Materials are great, and it is well put together. But buyer beware the sizing chart and poor photos not showing the full features of the jacket.
