(This aspect of your CS totally confused me) I'm not sure who's responsible for return shipping a d what actual adjustments can be made to garment how it will take to be updated, returned. These are key unknowns to me as a new customer. (If you implement the tasks aforementioned? It'll add a significant level of appreciation from new customers like myself) I still have my 1st garment and adjustments are needed, but I'm not sure how to process a claim?

It was Good! Thought I would receive b4 Valentine Day, which I did not but it was ok. I had not received any information on when I was going to receive the coat. So, I called to get a date range when I might receive the coat. It wasn't a long process, but I would have like to know when I was going to receive it. He got it and was very pleased with the quality and fit. He Loved it...that's all that mattered!

I have purchased numerous jackets and blazers and have no complaints with the product: ordering is a pain. They want you to use pay pal but make it difficult. It won't allow you to check out as a guest and requires you open an account. Then you have to go through an email process to get a special link to check out as a guest. Which takes a couple of days back and forth. I have literally not ordered a jacket because I didn't want to go through all that. Also I have requested numerous times that they change this to no avail.
I don't like PayPal...

Good experience, I really love the Jacket. But it's to small
Website is pretty extensive with the options for leather on the coats but falls flat on its face when showing the interior or even a look specific feature of a coat. Quality is great but the jacket is just a bit too small even though I was in the middle of their guidelines for the size I choose. Also zipper pull is on the opposite side of standard is really throwing me off. Honestly I'd like to return it. Materials are great, and it is well put together. But buyer beware the sizing chart and poor photos not showing the full features of the jacket.
