I have found that I cannot wear the leather pants as the top button will not go through the button hole, and I am afraid if I force the button it will break off.

Using the recommended fitting guide my leather coat is a perfect fit. Good quality and looks very good. It is already my go to coat.

I ordered for a wedding, but the item shipped late. It arrived 7 days later than the original date.

I agree to certain measurements, they miss by quite a lot, and they refuse to admit their fault and offer me a 15% discount on a new jacket.

I ordered a slim-fit jacket that was supposed to add 4-5 inches to my chest measurements. They agreed to this and I have the emails to prove it. But instead they send me one that adds about 1 inch and it is WAY too tight. After weeks of stalling about how I was measuring the jacket, they respond by saying the following:

"Kindly note that while your measurements are accurate, there may be a slight discrepancy between the measurements taken by you and those taken by our designers, resulting in a variance of 0.5 to 1 inch.

Additionally, while handmade garments may naturally exhibit minor differences, we adhere to stringent standards to ensure that any discrepancies fall within an acceptable range that does not impact the fit of the garment.

As a token of appreciation for your understanding and as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 15% product discount on this order in the form of a gift certificate. Please provide us with the email address where you would like to receive the gift certificate."

Does this questionable variance make up for all of the 4 inches? Of course not. And imagine the ARROGANCE to just tell me that they know best what fits me, especially after being so incompetent that they cannot meet the measurements they agreed to. Now I am supposed to take their lousy 15% and order another jacket from such dishonest, incompetent, and unreasonable people? I think not.

If you order from these people, you had better hope they are in the mood to make the jacket as agreed. But if not, you will be stolen from like I was.

There is a huge selection of styles and colors, and each jacket is made to order. This means you can have a jacket made to your specific measurements. The customer service is excellent and the delivery is quick, particularly given the jacket is made to order.

I ordered my husband a simple size Large jacket for Christmas confirming the measurements on their size chart. When it arrived it could hardly zip up and fit tightly across the stomach. He can actually get by with a medium, so this was surprising. After several emails back and forth they finally started in on having me measure the jacket and send them pictures. Every measurement showed it was smaller than their size chart. They even had me repeat the process saying there were wrinkles in the coat (which actually would have come out in their favor), but I did it. Then they started saying that their designers measure things differently than me...even though they said I did it correctly. But their designers were "professional." So basically they won't stand by their own measurements at all. I offered to pay for the return shipping and for shipping a replacement jacket back to me, and they skirted around the issue over and over, finally saying they would give me 15% discount on a new jacket. Why would I do this when I can't be sure their sizing chart is correct?! It is so frustrating to be out hundreds of dollars with no effort to make things right when they would be out no money on the deal. Communication was difficult, but essentially they don't return or exchange under any circumstances, so buyer beware.
