Excellent support from the Leathercult team. This was my second order and, as well as the jacket being exactly as requested, the team turned it around and got it shipped to me super quickly to help meet a travel deadline.

Worst site ever. If this weren't a special gift for my daughter, I wouldn't have bothered. Still not sure the billing and shipping address are correct as the shipping address was the one that transferred to PayPay, not the billing address.

Couldn't even "add to bag" until I had gone and created an account. Had to re-select and re-enter all information about 6 times (trying multiple browsers) before I got it to work: "add to bag" just scrolls down the page, and "update" at the bottom instead clears all data and takes me to an unrelated page entirely. Didn't even get the "bottom" "Add-to-bag" button until after I created an account.

And PayPal is the worst f@#$%n payment experience ever. I deleted my account with them long ago -- and they wouldn't let me pay without logging into said non-existent account. Finally got around it with a different email address. And despite selecting the "one time payment, do not create an account" option, they then sent me an email saying they created another account for me anyway. Find a different processor, they suck!

I needed a suit jacket for an event that required me to wear black. I prefer leather and thought I would do some internet research to see if anyone had a suit jacket to fit my extra long arms. I found Leather Cult's website easy to shop. All their products seemed cool and I found exactly the style I was looking for. The jacket I ordered was custom made for my suit size and there were many more custom options to choose from like lining leather colors and different textures. The manufacture and shipping time were very reasonable for a made to order product. The fit was great and the material and seam work are perfect.

The order was intended to be flat on both sides, front, and back. Regrettably, what I received appears to be curved at the sides, resulting in a shorter appearance when worn.
