Getting some runoff and pooling under the gutter when it rains hard that I am concerned might lead to facia damage and leaves do stick to the product and need to be brushed fairly often.

Answer: The only comparable product that I am aware of is Leaf Filter, which is outrageous in price! LeafBlaster is a MUCH better value than Leaf Filter.
