I've ordered cartridges from LD for several years now and I'm consistently surprised at how often the orders are wrong. They either send the wrong ink cartridge, the cartridge doesn't work, or the order is incomplete. I ordered two cartridges last week and paid extra to have them sent by second-day delivery, and unsurprisingly today I received only one. I'm still unable to use my printer without the second one, which is why I paid for the second-day delivery. Yesterday I called customer support three times and sat on the phone for half an hour each time (no one bothers to answer and you're finally informed you have to leave them a voicemail), left two voicemail messages, sent three emails to customer service, and still have received no response. Today I finally called PayPal and disputed the charge for the cartridge I did not receive. I don't have the time or effort left to continue to deal with this poor excuse for an organization and I won't deal with them again in the future.
Ordered a printer drum last week with expedited shipping and never recieved a confirmation email with shipping info or expected delivery date. Customer service will not answer the phone and have not recieved any further communication from them via email. I highly do not recommend purchasing anything from their website as the chance you will get what you paid for is extremely low.

UPDATE (2/25/23): finally found a direct email address for LD Products (*******@ldproducts.com) and they responded back within a day and sent me out a replacement drum at no cost which I received today. No idea if contacting them by email was indeed quicker (or if they just saw the complaint on here that lit a fire under their butt). I've installed the new drum and am hoping that this one will last the life it is supposed to unlike the original drum. Will try to update if there are problems with the new drum.
I've ordered from LD Products many times and never had a problem with their customer service...until now. The printer drum I ordered (along with two toner cartridges) and received in December is causing horizontal streaks on all my print outs. I tried cleaning the drum according to LD Products website with no resolution to the issue (actually seems worse now). It actually looks like gritty printer ink maybe has dried on the drum and won't come off. Unsure if that is the problem, but I've tried calling their customer support numerous times (on different days and different times of days) only to be put on hold forever, then automated "leave a message" which never gets returned. Even tried sending an email/message with no response. This is getting really irritating considering I run a business and my service tickets and invoices look unprofessional with streaks all through them.

I purchased a set of HP ink cartridges and they are not recognized by the printer. LD will not take the black cartridges back and will not pay for return shipping on the others. Their web site says they have a satisfaction guarantee, but nothing could be further from the truth. RUN FROM THIS FRAUD and buy on Amazon. Way cheaper and returns are welcome. Lesson learned!

If I were to never reach out to the company about my order they would have just took my money and never sent the product. It was about three weeks after placing the order when I noticed it never shipped. I never received a single email or call saying there was an issue with my order. Called them, there was some issue and they said they would get it shipped the following week and I would receive confirmation. Never received confirmation, so I called again to see what the issue was now. Nothing was resolved the guy on the phone said he was going to contact me the next day with updates. Never received any form of communication from the company letting me know what was going on. Gave it another two weeks and called to cancel the order because they simply couldn't figure out how to ship a single ink cartridge I purchased a month ago. We will see how the return process goes. Not really expecting my money back at this point. Don't waste your time with this company.

There are no updates like shipping or tracking information from the seller even after five days from the order date. Their phones do not work and you have to stay online for several minutes to get a hold of a person to speak and they put you on hold for a few more minutes to get back with the incomplete information. The attached image itself gives you a picture of how LDProducts work.

I ordered toners over a month ago, and still haven't received them. No one calls or sends updates. They blame everything on system maintenance. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago, and again they can't process a refund due to system maintenance. Complete joke of a company.

I placed an order which I was told would take 3 days to arrive. It took over TWO WEEKS to ship and another week to arrive. I am trying to return the ink since I had to purchase it from another source. No one answers the chat line, and they have you on hold forever. They don't return calls or emails either. I'm requesting a chargeback from my credit card company. I have made purchases several times prior with no issues, Something is definitely amiss with this company and I encourage people to look elsewhere. I wont be back.

We run a small home office and have been using LD toners for over 10 years in several laser printers. We have NEVER had a problem with any of their toners.
We have a large extended family who has also used both the toner and ink cartridges without any issues.
When we recently needed to upgrade our all in one printer, tech support told us to hold off for a few months until they had theirs ready.
Surely no issues with these folks!

I have been a satisfied customer for many years but yesterday I installed 3 new cartridges into my HP printer and was disappointed to find that they were not recognized and therefore not useable. The date code on the packages were 2020. Although covered under their 3 year warranty period customer service would not honor the warranty because they couldn't find a PO number on their system, but offered to take a new order from me. I even offered to return the packages at my expense showing the date code, but they were not interested. I declined their offer to purchase new cartridges because I do not believe in rewarding poor service.
Well, it's been 1 week since this posting and Patrick D ( LP Products?) has not responded, despite his offer to help. I'm therefore down grading this review from 2 stars to one star.

I put in a phone order, was to take 2-5 business days; now, 9 business days later, it hasn't arrived and their tracking info says it's "awaiting carrier pickup." This made no sense, so I called and was told that for some inexplicable reason they had sent it to an address I haven't lived at for 8 years. (I gave them my current address when ordering.) First they told me to go pick it up where they had sent it (this is in another city, four hours away); when I said I could not do that, they said they would re-send the order, but though I requested they expedite it, they refused. (To be clear, I spoke with a nice guy named Lucas who tried his best but his supervisor refused to expedite it unless I paid for it, though it was their error. His reason: "this is company policy.") I'm a writer who hasn't had the use of my printer in two weeks. This has sent my blood pressure way up. This is an awful company whose "100% satisfaction guarantee" is absolutely meaningless. This supervisor handled it so badly; he shouldn't be in that position, and neither should whoever sets "company policy." "Company policy": not to make good on its own errors? (Same with the incorrect tracking information: "that's just how we do it, it's automated.") I'm now reading the other reviews on this site and see I'm not alone in my perceptions. Stay away!

Every retailers in the country gladly allow returns. This comapny's "excuse" for not allowing a return is that I opened the box. Seemed like a normal thing to do when you are trying to install part. They are probably protected legally by some small print. But, no reason anyone should have to deal with a company with no customer appreciation. Bizarre behavior.

Purchased set of cartridges for an HP printer. They send cartridges for a Brother. They refused to make it right stating my request was outside of the return window. Tried to contact someone at corporate and all numbers point to the call center. Call center unwilling to provide contact numbers for someone who might be able / willing to assist.

I've been a customer for many years, great products at a fair price and normally I receive my orders in a very timely manner without any issues until yesterday. I recently moved, so the first thing I do is go into my account and change my default shipping address. I place my order, make the payment and for whatever reason, the shipping address came up as my old address instead of the new address that IS showing on my account info. I called LD customer service to get this changed asap and was told it couldn't be changed now since the product was shipped. The LD dumb butt customer service rep I talked with asked me to go to whomever is now at the old address and ask them to hold package for me. Really? I don't know these folks. His reply, well maybe they'll return the package and we can reship it. How stupid is that, what if they don't return it? Well he says you can pay an additional $17 and we'll reroute the package. Really this is LD's mistake, not mine. I changed the address on my account and for whatever reason, it didn't pick it up for this new order placed. I was told by rep it had something to do with the security of my card info and some other kind of BS story. This may be the last time I place an order with LD products as there are other providers out there. Really sad because other than this time, I've had great service with LD products.
This entire review has been turned from one star to 5 stars thanks to one of their service reps named Halliburton. They have rerouted the misshipped package and did NOT charge me to do so. I'm back on board their ship now. Their products have always worked for me and as mentioned above, for the most part I've had good service and timely delivery from this company. I ordered ink for my printer and the type shown that I was buying looked like the recommended manufacturer type. What I got was a leaky cartridge that was a knock off type, unsealed and pouring out toner that stained my hands and clothes and ruined my carpet!

For several years, LD products was my go-to source for printer ink. I live in Central California, and if I ordered early in the day, I got my products delivered the next day.
This time, no such luck. I ordered twice and both times, the order was not completed because of some issue with payment processing. I only figured this out after several days. No, I wasn't charged multiple times but I also did not have a complete order.
I finally got an order through. I expected my ink the next day as usual. I got a tracking number but after several days, no tracking information yet, just a delivery date which seems to keep on receding into the future.
What has happened here? Has the company been sold? Is there a supply chain problem? I'm going to look for another source in the future.

I placed an order 6 days ago, and was told two days ago that shipment was delayed because an item was on back-order, but that my order would be shipped no later than the following day. Not only did they fail to ship the order the following day, I was told today that the order still had not shipped. I asked to cancel the order, and then they told me that it may have shipped from the warehouse, but they could not be sure, and all that they could do was put in a "request to cancel." I asked how long it would take for them to obtain a response to their cancellation request, and they said 1 to 3 business days. Ridiculous!
