Poor Quality Item

So we bought TYR Nest Pro goggles at Lazada.

The quality of the goggles is really poor. The silicon has very rough edges. The design too was also roughly cut.

I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN TO LAZADA! I had a bad experienced with them i ordered an item at very low price for cod they confirmed that product with order # so i presumed that there is no problem, then come on the day of supposedly delivery of the product i called them to follow up if my product was already for shipment but surprisingly they answered me that my order was cancelled due to so many reason (lost in transit, they said that i called them to cancel my order, that there is no stocks. That's why they force to cancel my order and so many reasons. Very disappointed so for all customer be warn for this scam their other product price is too much for actual product that you can buy outside its almost 1000% higher so be careful of buying in this site. Lets boycott of not buying to this site they are all LIARS! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOT TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS!

I ordered several items from Lazada but there was one item (dining area) which was delivered incomplete! The Glass top on the table has not been delivered. We kept calling their customer service but they used to say they will call back after 48 hours. After that, we have to follow again as they didn't call nor reply to my email!
We spent a lot of load trying to reach them but they seem to answer the call after an hour or so! Imagine, there was one ff up call where it cost my sister 300 load! Horrible!

I will never order again!

Disappointing
September 9, 2015

I used to love Lazada. The first online store I've ever been comfortable and happy to shop with, I have already made a lot of purchases from them. But lately i discovered their customer service is not good and products sold are of very bad quality. I've bought an air cooler last may 2015 after a few months its already damaged. I've also bought a Samsung LED TV for my mom last april 2015 and yesterday my mother called to inform me that the TV is not working properly. Last july, ordered 2 items, it was a USB LED light, they delivered only 1 item and I have already paid for 2 items. I contacted customer service regarding this but until now the problem has not been resolved. Hands down Lazada. You just lost 1 valued customer.

Lazy customer service
September 7, 2015

I updated my address in my account information, yet it did not reflect my new delivery address in the order information. Upon checking with their back office, I was asked to email back the correct delivery address. I was befuddled. They have that information at hand since I've already entered it in my account information, why burden me to email it when they can pull it up in their own system? I realize I was giving this inferior online site not only my business, but too much of my personal time. I had my order canceled. They willingly did.

I ordered many items on lazada before, i used to like it and i always recommend this to my friends who wanted to shop online. I always promote lazada since i always had a good experience about their service. I used to say, "Try Lazada its an effortless shopping plus many cool vouchers and discounts". But then, last August 5,2015 I ordered 2 Asus Zenpad and a laptop battery. I've waited about a week before the item was delivered. When i checked the item it was a mix of black and white! I got so disappointed immediately because i was expecting pure white, and then i checked the items. First the Asus zenpad, it keeps on restarting when playing games and videos and it is very slow, not unlike the other phones i tried. This adds up to my disappointment, and so, i decided to return the item because obviously it is defective. As per the policy of Lazada, i returned the item and asked for a refund because of disappointment, I waited 1 week before they replied to my countless follow ups. They said that the item was not defective and im not eligible for refund! We had a little argument about the product and they keep on insisting that the item was not defective at all. After three weeks the item i returned has no updates up to this time, i keep on sending them emails about the status of my return, but they keep on sending me ticket numbers! And now im hopeless with my item. The other product i tried is the laptop battery, after 1 week i found out that the item cannot hold its charge anymore. Because of the disappointment to lazada i didnt return the item to them, instead i returned the item directly to the seller and after 4 days i received the replacement. This is a lesson learned, i will never buy in lazada again.

For those who want to order in LAZADA, better think twice. You might end up disappointed with their customer service. If you want to return the item.

I received a text message yesterday around 12:51 PM Manila Time stating that I will get what I order through LEX. Since I am at work by that time, I went home thinking that I would need to be home for me to check what I ordered. I waited all day yesterday but no one came! THIS IS SO INCONVENIENT! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM LAZADA AGAIN!

Don't deserve any star.

Just got 3 watches from Lazada at low price but well below expectation.

1. Misleading picture of watch.
The watch came with two holes (design) on the band but the pic didn't show any.

I will never even wear the watch

2. Lousy quality.
Try to wear on the other two watches. Need to pull extremely hard to tighten
When try to remove the pin just refuse to come out.

Although the total cost of the watches are only $28. This would had been put into better use.

3. My review of the 3 watches gone missing.

No more purchase with them.

I bought a Lenovo laptop and had to return it as I felt like it was a refurbished item. I shipped it back to them and I'm still waiting for their email. They said it will only take 2 business days for the evaluation to be sent to me, but... Yeah, it led me here.

The other products that I bought are 3 power banks. All 3 didn't work for my iPhone 6. Not sure why. My iPhone is one-month old and has no issues whatsoever.

Below quality products. Poor customer service.

Recommendation: Don't buy from Lazada AT ALL!

Our female kasambahay went with their delivery car to get money from another house. Upon reaching the place, our kasambahay pull the car door handle but unfortunately, it broke. They want to sue her. There was four (4) hour stand off. Thank God the barangay didn't side to them. MGA MUKHANG PERA!

I bought my samsung galaxy s5 from them which is supposed to be waterproof, high quality front and back cameras and high speed video recording/slow motion. When I received my s5 from them, not only is the light from the left menu button is broken, but the whole phone is $#*!ed. Poor camera quality, hangs and heats all the time. Cant record videos in slow motion and when I tried turning off the alarm with wet hands, it HANGED.

IT IS OVERALL A $#*!TY EXPERIENCE. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THESE PEOPLE DONT EVEN CHECK THEIR OWN PRODUCTS.

I have used their service several times with no problems. However, the last time i used it i placed my order, 13jul for (3 products) and till now i have not received my orders! Whenever i contact their cx support, they keep on insisting on the one that was cancelled but keeps mum on the rest of my order--which i was inquiring about. The stress and frustration is not worth it, might just as well go to the mall

I Just can't understand a co like Lazada can make the same mistake against & against!
I ordered a Asus Zenfone Flip Cover in June 2015, one week latter they sent me the wrong item.
I've to take the trouble to return the product & pay for the transportation.
One week latter, I received the damn same wrong item against!
First mistake made is understandable, but if you repeat the mistake against is stupid!
This is the worst on-line service I've ever experienced! ( No star!)

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

I ordered a microphone for my laptop in Lazada. As soon as I received it, I checked it if it's working properly. I got really really frustrated when I couldn't use it because it's defective. I hope Lazada would check the equipment ordered by their customers before shipping it.

CANCELLED ORDER

I followed all the necessary steps. I thought their service would be consistent. Turned out my first order was just lucky. This time, it took them a long time to reply to my inquiry. I called their hotline and the one I talked to was borderline rude. Their reason was that there was a problem with the credit card but when i checked the item because i wanted to do the whole thing over again, the price was different. :/

I don't understand why most people here complain about their orders; not receiving refunds, cancelling orders because of not having enough money to pay (then why should order in the first place?) First, I was scared that I will never get my refund back or it might take a month to get it but I guess that the people here are overreacting.

Here's my case:
I ordered a laptop at the price of Php 20,000 and after 5 days I have received the item but I noticed that it is the same model but it has different specifications then I immediately return the item through LBC. After 2 days, they have received it. And another 2 days after they verified and approved the refund and after a day (which is supposedly 3 days), I already received the refund.

HERE'S A LIST OF TIPS TO AVOID FRUSTRATIONS WITH THIS ONLINE COMPANY:

1. NEVER order an item above Php 1,000 (at this price which is already expensive for most consumers)

2. MAKE SURE that the item you will order will be SOLD & FULFILLED by Lazada Philippines itself, not from any third-party merchants, so that you can make sure that your item will be received with 2-3 days.

3. After you dial the customer service hotline and hear the automated system, dial 2 and after that 6, to immediately talk to one of the customer service representative.

4. If your are NOT satisfied with the response of the representative, ASK for a SUPERVISOR and TAKE NOTE of their NAMES because it is possible to request to talk to a specific supervisor on your next call.

5. If possible, always call them everyday to update the status of your; return or refund.

6. If it really take some time for them to process your concern or they are going beyond with the given time frame, use these words: URGENT, PRIORITIZE and by all means, DTI.

7. Lastly, which is not the least but the MOST important, PATIENCE.
REMEMBER: Like us, they are also humans, doing their job, we should never forget to set our boundaries and limits.
