BEWARE OF LAZADA.

I bought a coffee machine for 12,900pesos which was the poorest quality - I wouldn't have even paid 3,000p for it. I returned it, and despite my instructions for a cash refund they gave me a credit. I had to wait over a week for this to be changed to a refund, and then they spelt my name incorrectly so I couldn't collect my money. This has been beyond a joke - be wary - their promises of 'effortless transactions' are a joke. I am STILL waiting for this issue to be resolved. NEVER AGAIN.

Please be aware of this items from Lazada "8YEARS B******* Couples Pendants Silver and 8YEARS B******* Couples Pendants Pale silver"

I ordered the aforementioned item and i believe that it is a pair since it is a couple but when i received the item it is only one pair. I returned the item to Lazada to be replaced and talked to their one representative to verify and he said that it should be a pair. When i received the replacement, still it is only one piece. Lazada emailed me that it is only one piece in irony to what they previously said to me that it is a pair. That's why I can say that it is a SCAM. NO TO LAZADA!

The easiest way to get back at bad sellers like Lazada is simple.

Order an item at CoD.

Upon arrival, check the items first before paying them.

Should the item fail or if Lazada fails to satisfy your concerns, then don't pay it.

They say the courier will be charged for it.

Let them be. In less than a year, if all disgruntled customers do this, Lazada will close shop.

Believe me, a friend of mine already did this and it worked for him.

Follow the consumer revolution. Don't let companies like Lazada abuse you.

Today is November 1,2015. I wrote a 3 star review back on Oct 18,2015 titled "Foreign credit card billing address is a problem for Lazada". I went back and changed to 1 star. I originally gave 3 stars because I THOUGHT that their issue with processing USA credit cards would eventually be resolved. Well it now looks hopeless and I have spent an estimated 10 hours trying to order one cell phone to prepare my partner in the Philippines for an important job. If I could find a competitor with the product I would use them for sure instead of Lazada. This has revealed how incompetent Lazada is at their business.

Since my Oct 18 post they have improved their system by adding a provision for foreign credit card addresses, but they forgot to include a field for Zip code, which most businesses know is required info for card processing. I find this humorous and very "third world" technology. Well, I found a work around their system error trying multiple credit cards and multiple transactions and finally got it processed by putting my "Zip" into the "City" field and bingo, my bank card approved it. Contacted my bank to make sure they approved and they said yes "waiting on Lazada" to approve on their end now. Now 10 hours go by, then I get an email from Lazada saying my order was cancelled. I have received six of these. Yes, this is identical cancellation #6 since Oct 18. Yes I am persistent... perhaps insane. I have completed 6 orders for the same cell phone and it's been cancelled 6 times. Each time I get the same COPY-PASTE reply from support saying I need to correct my address matching. Well I have tried 5 different credit cards now from 3 different banks, and my address given works fine all over the world, except at Lazada.

Dear Lazada supervisor: You guys have a serious problem. If you ever find this message, please review ticket #'s *******, *******, *******, *******,*******,*******,*******,******* and see if you can figure out a way to stop the clerk that cancels my order. They must not understand how to interpret approved bank transactions. Just tell the clerk to accept my payment and hit the APPROVE button instead of the CANCEL ORDER button.

Ok naman ang mga items na nabibili ko, magaganda quality. Suki na ko ng lazada since 2013. Hindi ko na mabilang yung mga na COD ko rito. Na tropa ko na nga ang delivery boy ng LBC, pag napuntahan ako sa shop lagi ako sinasalubong ng ngiti at sasabihing "may lazada ka na naman!" Pamilya, mga kaibigan, ginagawa na kong taga order sa lazada. Big help din yung vouchers & discounts. Before you place your order, read first the reviews and rating of an item, full specs on google, for gadgets/electronics, watch the performance on youtube to avoid disappointment.

What a shame

I saw a 5 star rate. Good for you.
However, it's not all " if you know what you are buying and do a little research first you would be satisfied" I do all research, read product reviews before placing order. Their items were just not handled well. Maybe from their merchants or courier? I received a broken blinds(upper and lower metal cut to half) and a defective nebulizer- no mist or whatsoever coming out. I mean, does that need a research and all?

And reading from these reviews, returning the package is not a guarantee you'd get a refund or a replacement. So, why waste my fuel and money? Already wasted money buying broken stuff.

I recommend buying appliances, devices and breakable products at LAZADA to NO ONE!

I ordered an item hoping to get a legit one, it did came earlier as expected but upon opening the product, FAKE ung item. There are scratches, no certifications, incomplete as in kulang kulanv walang user guide, 2 book, no orig warranty. Package is not in perfect shape. I wanted to have a refund nlng, twag ako agd sknila it took me years pr mgkron ng agent, tpos ssbhn lng nla mgsend ng photos nung item then supervisor will contact me wait for 1hr. It has been 2hrs or more wlang tmtwag. I called back SUDDENLY my meeting dw ang mga sups. They promise me for the 2nd time they will call me the next morning at 8am! 5pm na wala prin! I called again told me theyre sorry and promised that a sup will call arpund 6pm. Now its 7:25pm! While typing this im waiting ng call back nko ulit! Kc wl prin cla twag! 30mins or so nko nghhnty my sumagot ng call ko! I just need the refund! Ayoko nang umulit!

I saw this STAND FAN that they were selling for about a thousand plus pesos, catch is its buy 1 take 1! Plus additional 10 or 17% discount i think. Then i went to puregold and saw the exact same model for about half the price! The other model is even cheaper!
Buy 1 take 1 my $#*!!

To Lazada P. - its not about the pricing, its about how you mislead people into believing that they can actually get a discount when in fact you are forcing them to buy 2 items at the same time by branding it "buy 1 take 1" when in reality, that amount is actually equivalent to the two items if they purchase it somewhere else, and without the "force buying of two units at the same time"
And yes prices, vary from merchant to merchant but not this much!

DON'T TRUST LAZADA. It's been 3 months now since I returned the defective item and Lazada assured me a refund but up to now no refund has been made! Somebody from Lazada called me yesterday to inform that my refund got disapproved (which is very opposite to the information provided to me over the phone and emails) because they sent the replacement, which I personally didn't receive! It's not my fault that Lazada assumed the shipping address! They sent the replacement to Baybay, Leyte while infact they first delivered it to me in Naval, Biliran! They let me suffer from their own mistakes and inefficiencies! I totally don't deserve all the frustrations they have caused!

Walang kwenta

Wala kwenta ang Lazada, nag order ako sakanila set of 2 yung order ko, dumating 1 lang, nagfollow up agad ako pagkakita ko na 1 lang ang dumating instead of 2, mahigit 1 month na akong nagfofollow up for my missing item pero wala pa adin action. Magaling lang sila sa bayaran. Ang katwiran eh hindi na dawnakikicooperate yung merchant ng missing item ko. Hindi yun problema kung talagang reliable ang Lazada gagawa at gagawa sila ng action, kesyo irerefund nalang daw nila, lecheng refund na yan 3 weeks ko na nadidinig sakanila yan ah. Wala sa halaga ng binayad ko yun kung bakit ako naiinis, naiinis ako kasi wala manlang action na magawa sila.

Refurbish Video Card

Hindi nila nilalagay kung bago o mint condtion yung item na naka Advertise. Unsealed na yung box ng video card na nabili ko at mukhang luma na yung box. Malamang ginamit na sa demo yung video card sa computer store( Villman pala yung seller). Hindi pa malinaw kung 3yr warranty nga yung item dahil wala naka sulat doon sa recibo. This is the worst and would be my last purchase from Lazada.com.ph. Dapat pala nag Amazon online na lang ako.

I purchased an alcatel flash plus with a vOucher discount of 500. SO i gOt d unit at 5990 instead of 6490. I. dcided to returned the unit because i found it defective & approved by them naireplace nlng ung unit q. Unfortunately nO stocks available as of nOw. So i decided to go for other brand nlng. Kaya lang i feel cheated kc ndi nila iki credit ung 500 discOunt sna na naavail q. Bkit kasalanan q ba na wala na kaung sTock ng alcatel flash pLus? Ang usapan ay usapan. Nkakawalang gana lang bumili sa lazada! I will never recommend this to my friends..

Better to buy gadgets, tablets, mobile phones in a mall rather than online like this, dahil pag defect nakuha mo hassle mag papalit at pag minalas kpa hindi nila papalitan yng item. Syempre gagamitin mo yng 1yr. Warranty kuno to find out na wala plang warranty service center yng gadgets or brand ng phone na nabili mo. Nakakadala..

Half bad and Half Good?

The thing is I ordered several Watches! The First one was not in its original box but it was functioning, the second one was in its original box but the packaging had a dent and the last one was in beautiful casing but the Watch wasnt working at all so I thought that the maybe the Battery ran out so I had to pay extra for a battery but it still didnt work so I went to check about it with an expert they claimed that it was broken! So Im not sure if I should continue to buy from Lazada! Since I paid more than price for the item for the battery and the repair! It makes me a little bit frustrated!

There is always a long time waiting for the availability of a customer service representative (CSR) over the phone when you call to their hotline. When someone answers you and give you them the ticket number of your concern/complaint, the same response will you get from them -- "we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours". I already followed up several times regarding the delivery of my order which was already paid. I ordered ETPOP 103 power bank last July 28,2015. One month and 20 days passed, ordered item still not yet receive by the customer. This means that the CSR just take your call but nobody from LAZADA really ACT on your concern.
On the latest call I made, they now offer to refund the amount paid. Sounds ok but the issue remains -- DISAPPOINTMENT, FRUSTRATION for the unfulfilled service/delivery. I ordered the product because I want it and I need it and you cannot bring back the time wasted in waiting. If you cannot fulfill your commitment to your online shoppers, better close your business.

I would like like to follow the status of the items i returned. Its been a month since i returned an item for refund.

And another item for warranty that i returned last june 22,2015 and until now lazada still didn't gave me any updates nor respond to my emails and answer my calls.
