Soo I ordered in lazada a motherboard with a intel processor and luckily my order arrived 2 days earlier and I was happy for that so I tried to order again. I ordered a graphics card, hard drive and a ram. But this Time my items was delivered when i was not home(LBC delivery). So LBC returned my ordered items to lazada. I contact lazada to redeliver but they said its considered a refund even i was not asking a refund and it was a wrong timing. The credit card that I used is now closed. Now I'm thinking how will I get my money back because the total cost of my order is around 13K. Lazada if its still possible to just cancel the refund and just redeliver my order, that would be great because if you refund my order and gave the money to me, I would just buy the same items in lazada.ph and that would be a hassle to you and to me but if you just redeliver that would be much easier because you just need to REDELIVER not go through packaging and confirmation and other hassle work. If Lazada accept my redeliver request, that will prove Lazada has a great customer service and I will still buy at Lazada. Pls accept my redeliver request for me not to open another bank account to just get my refund. Let me know if Lazada accepted my request of redeliver or if not let me know if there are other ways of getting my refund money by not opening another bank account. I have called today, and spoke to two of your representatives, one named France, who promptly disconnected our call, and interminently put me on silent, I don't know why, he was probably cursing, or what, and told me you don't have any TL at the moment, because he/she was at lunch. Really? I doubt it. And another one who was not accomodating as well. And did not know the law at all. The 2nd guy told me again that you did not give any refunds/returns any longer because I don't have the box anymore. I have called DTI today, and left them with my name and number. For your info you should put on all your papers what needs to be done when one has to seek a return/ refund. I did not spend 200,300, or whatever, I spent 1,000 which could have been spent on my daughter's milk. That being said, I will seek recourse thru DTI, and I believe I have a strong case. In case you change your decision, I will kindly not push through with my complaint.

Bought a jbl charge 2 speaker last April 2015. After 4 mos the speaker driver was already broken(jbl yan ha!) so I returned it to lazada 1st wk of Sept. Ipapagawa daw nila! Waited for a month. Wala nangyare. Mga naka 10,000 na follow up na ako. Lagi sinasabe nasa merchant daw or nasa jbl service center. Lagi sasabhn ifofollow up eh wala naman nangyayare. Anong petsa na? Poor poor poor poor customer service!

I placed an order and payed by debit card made on 01 Dec. In 8 different retails at the same time, all was delivered on time but unfortunate only one retail name SRS retail not been fulfill but i been notified by email that Shipment is already fulfilled. I ordered a set of 6 400ml Tiny Buds Bottle and Utensil Wash which supposedly had a FREE 600ml dispenser for P1,320, which by the way seems like I've paid for the freebie since unit cost outside is only P189. The items were delivered last Oct. 24 WITHOUT the free item as indicated on the mobile app menu. I called Oct. 26 and talked to Gian and he said this will be looked into. No feedback. I've been sending emails -- no reply. Called again on Oct. 30 and talked to a very condescending agent named Maria who asked me to return the item (I refused because this is very inconvenient for me, and this was not mentioned when I first called, and only the free item is missing) and promised feedback -- still no update. I've already elevated my concern directly to Tiny Buds. Next stop -- DTI.

Disappointed

So I bought ta hair straightner at lazada that was on sale. The shipping was great itI received the item earlier than I expected. But the problem is the items has so many issues so I returned it and asked for refund then after 5 days I received a call from lazada saying that my refund was already complete and ask me if I want a bank credit or lbc receipt. I told them lbc receipt they said that after 24 to 48 hours I will received a tracking # for my refund. And NOW IT'S $#*!ING 5 DAYS SINCE THE CALL AND STILL NO EMAIL WITH MY TRACKING #. I NEED MY TRACKING NUMBER!

Worst customer service!
October 30, 2015

I bought Issey Myake for Men 125ml last October 8,2015.
When I check on the item, it was soiled, old and damaged.
I reported it twice to Lazada, the last one was last October 23,2015 with tracking/ticket nos *******. Ivan is their CS representative.
They promised to pick it up. But after 3 weeks to no avail!
Anyone from Lazada that cares for their customer?

I've received the bag that I've ordered yesterday (10/28/15) and it came earlier than the assured 7 days, which is a thumbs up for me. However, when I opened the package, I had a feeling that the bag was not authentic, so I've searched for the style online and I've found the similar style on polivore. By then I've been grasping in good faith that I've received an authentic one, however, after some more inspections, I've noticed that the label, zipper, the smell of the faux leather, and the stitches are different compared to the authentic Mango crossbody bag. The label was obviously slightly crooked and not polished well, unlike the original one. Also, the zipper only has MNG, while an original MNG bag with the same zipper design has the whole MANGO word on it. I let my friend check the bag because she's kind of expert with branded stuff, and she think that it's just Class A, too. I am very disappointed with this matter. I am not taking any actions regarding this matter yet, because I still want to let Lazada know about this. I've tried their service apart from the reviews that I've read regarding issues with inauthentic products that they sell. I bought this because the description says it's authentic + it's discounted na (yep, i'm stingy). Now I'm curious if this could be a ground for return or replacement of the same style or kind. I hope Lazada address this issue and also those issues regarding inauthenticity of posted products for sale. I will also send an email to Lazada and hope that this could be settled.

PRO: Most of my transactions have been smooth, and have been delivered very promptly. A lot of payment options available which should suit almost anyone's preference. Discount vouchers are also abundant for added value. Of course, delivery is free for orders above 1k, which is always nice.

CONS: On instances where issues arise, Lazada's customer service isn't exactly world-class (see example below). Previous experience with customer service includes poor response time, canned responses and broken expectations. Aside from misrouted delivery, I have also encountered cancelled orders because of items sold but didn't have stock, 1 occurrence of DOA item which was not replaced (gave refund despite me specifying I wanted a replacement, they cited merchant has no stock when in fact there is), plus 2 other occasions in the past where delivery date was past the promised date. Not customer service related, but noticed some items listed with bloated prices so it would appear you are getting them on sale even if it's just the same as market value.

OVERALL: Generally pleasing total shopping experience which they do get right most of the time. Customer service needs improvement.

Lazada if you are reading, use this as reference, Order *******. Didn't deliver item, courier misrouted. Opened a ticket to get fixed, they said they took care of it but in reality didn't. Now they are no longer responding. I have another pending delivery, that too has breached delivered by date which they set.

I sincerely hope you go out of business because you screw your customers who need help and leave them in the cold.

[UPDATE: Issue has been resolved but the overall experience was still poor]

I still believe Lazada has a good potential and thanks for taking time to review my returns.

Appreciate it and hoping that further strict measures can be made to avoid "wrong description" in your items. Lessening returns/refunds.

It's almost three weeks now since i returned the item, but i didn't receive yet any refund or update. They told me to wait for 1 to 2 weeks but until now, i never receive any. I tried to reach their contact number, but nobody answers the line even though I've tried dialing it for how many times. I ordered an item from Lazada. After waiting for 10 days, I still didn't receive my order (their office is in Makati and my delivery address is Mckinley hill Taguig- such a delay for this short distance). I emailed them to verify the status of my order and then I received an automated reply saying that it is their goal to respond within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs, still no reply from them. I called this number (02)795 8900 from their website. It also says that their Customer Service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. FUNNY. REALLY FUNNY... I tried calling their number for more than 10x in 2 days and not even a single call was answered. What kind of customer service is this? How much do you value your customers? You might start listing the reasons of your company downfall based on the feedbacks on your poor service. Continue like this and you will regret in the future.
