I ordered a tablet case/cover stand (*******) almost two weeks ago. Now they tell me that they are cancelling my order, through no fault of my own. Then they say it will take up to two months to refund the money I sent through Paypal using a debit card. This is unacceptable!
What's worse is that the item is still for sale in their store! How incompetent can an online store be if they can't fulfill such basic requests? Avoid at all costs.
We ordered Brother DCP-J105 Wireless 3-in-1 Multi-Function Printer and Inkwise Premium Continuous Ink System but we received instead Brother DCP-J100 which has NO wireless access. And tagal bago nadeliver yung package, longer than we expected and when we received it, mali pa! I am very dissapointed with the service this time. The order id is #*******

I've search for a sell item in Lazada during their 11/11 revolution sale. I came across a 2tb WD My Passport external drive for only 3390. It's a whopping 45% discount. I was also able to use my voucher discount given on that day. It's 2:30 a.m. of 11/11, so I was confident that I succeeded in grabbing this supersale item. The following morning I received a text from Lazada that they received my order and is verifying the purchase confirmation. I told myself, Naka-jackpot ako. Everyday, I track my order and it states that it is processing my order. My shock came on 11/14 when upon tracking my order. The page has declined my purchase without stating the reason. I've called up customer service and they told me that it was cancelled because of "price error". Kasalanan ba ng customer yan. Kaya nga super sale yung 11/11 eh, bakit nila sasabihin na wrong pricing. Ang dapat managot ay yung nagprice sa item, diba? I have proof of the price because I've saved the image of my order during that day. I also save the image of my order form. Pwede ba ipaglaban yan? Nagpuyat ako sa araw na yon eh pagkatapos idedecline na lang nila with an invalid reason. Sabi nila, magbibigay sila ng compensation voucher, but hindi ito kayang pantayan ang presyo ng pinili kong item.,, 1st time na nangyari ito sa akin. Pang 12th order ko na yata ito from Lazada... Napaka dismayado.: /
My husband ordered two items on Oct. 5 and paid by credit card coz it was the only option given. We followed up several times after they failed to deliver on their specified delivery date. They gave another delivery date and still failed to deliver the items. We followed up again by calling and messaging them in their website. Their customer service gave us standard replies to our questions and not answers specific to our complaint. There is no empathy because these customer reps are likely from call centers who are not really from Lazada. They did not even give us any assurance of a delivery, saying that the responsibility to deliver to us now rests on their offshore supplier. What a classic case of passing the buck!
Now it's been over SIX WEEKS and still NO DELIVERY! Lazada sucks! We will not stop until we get what we paid for.

I placed my order last October 7,2015. It is now November 17 and I have yet to receive the items. Every time I complain, I get the same response that they have forwarded the problem to the Logistics Department. Sadly, IU already paid for the items with my credit card since COD was not one of the options. Never again will I buy from Lazada!

I got an email and text from Lazada that my order is to be delivered 11/16 and had to prepare the COD cash. I waited. Whole day. No text from Lazada Express. Today, 11/17 I finally get a text that LEX will deliver, but still no delivery. They do not respond to text messages too. Which is quite irritating. This has happened to me 3 x already, and I have been shopping with them for some time. Their service is getting worse!

Lazada are good when its not good expect no help i have had second hand goods sent to me that dont work that have been sent back buy some one else for the same reason then had to pay postage to return the fact is lazada is growing at a fantastic rate and very successful but due to the thai mind set they dont recruit more good people they just make the people they have work twice as hard this leads to poor to no customer service in fact if you do manage to contact them they promise you they will solve your problems but this is done just to placate you becouse nothing happens

I'll never do business with Lazada Philippines again. They sent me the wrong product and would only tell me to 'buy an adapter' in order for me to use it. The user guide that came with the product doesn't even match the product itself! I just want what I purchased which was the picture they displayed on their website, and not the one they sent me. Clearly false advertising. They follow deceitful and fraudulent business practices. Take my warning, and stay away!

This is an update on my complaint to lazada order number******* placed on nov. 5,2015 wherein i purchase 2 phone the first to arrive was on nov. 6,2015 supposed to be a LENOVO A7000PLUS but iinstead they send me a ligthning compass its very clear that they srnd me a wrong item.
After lazada called me on nov. 10, until now no update on the status of the replacement.
I contacted LBC and they confirm that lazada already received the wrong package by jonathan intal on nov. 10,2015. Lbc tracking no. **************.
I send them several email but no reply from them the phone worth 6500 pesos and until now they dont do anything or even contact me about the status of it.
I will give lazada until nov. 20,2015 if they cannot replaced tje phone i will file a complaint to DTI, i have all the evidence that they made a mistake sending me the wrong package.
I even thinking of seeking help from the media, i want to air my complaint to national television as well.
If they will not coordinate with me. I will surely do

My dad ordered farcry4 limited editon last week Nov 5 or 4 maybe, and then he again ordered another CD black ops 3 yesterday 11/9/15 and already today we received a message that its already being shipped. Just one day after, but the cd farcry 4 we haven't received any notice. I hope tomorrow we will receive a message because its just irritating that its taking this long. Just like last Oct 29. My dad ordered farcry 4 the regular one, amd at the same time ordered a power bank. The next day (oct 30) he received a message the power bank is being shipped. At first it was okay. But then 7 days later still no message about the cd. That why we cancled it and ordered the limited edition. I hope you guys work on this one

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: No, they don't. I have tried it once (I live in LA). Btw there's no reason to try. You can always just get the same service (only 1000 times better) with Amazon.com.
Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
