I ordered two items last December 17. Both items were sold by the same seller. One of them was delivered by LEX after 2 days. The other one was shipped with LBC. When I received an email about shipping details and saw LBC in it, I was worried. I have no assurance that I will receive the item because LBC has failed to deliver one of my previous orders.
Lazada told me to expect my order today, Jan. 2. Nobody came. I was tracking it to see if it was out for delivery but it was not. But when I tracked it tonight, it says that it was out for delivery earlier. I received an email saying that my order was cancelled. Again, sudden cancellation. Many costumers complain about this. We, customers, need to be notified before canceling our orders. We need the exact reason on why it is being cancelled/ was cancelled or why the delivery fails/ failed.
I don't know why they failed to deliver it. LBC did not contact me. They did not come but I had a no payment status again. I waited for nothing again.
Lazada should focus on making LEX bigger and better than relying on their unreliable delivery partner. Lazada+LBC gave me the worst online shopping experience ever.

I recieved a unfit shoes for me.ni return ko sya. Then ang nangyari. Sbi irefund thru store credit na lang. Without consulting kung gusto ko b ito. I clearly indicated na change item resize and other color na lang as long pareho ng prize. But then hnd nag stay sa napag usapan namin nung tumawag ako. Until now wala pa din. Hi Lazada, I have ordered a bag from your website. However, I was shocked with the shipping fee, it's Php 800.00 for a Longchamp medium-sized bag. I am not familiar with the shipping fee mechanics, but I think 800 pesos is too big and considering that I am right here in Manila area, why should it be 800 pesos, I am totally near. You sevice is great. Ordering online was fast but the problem is in the delivery. Sometimes the order arrives at a date, exceeding on the standard delivery date. That was just a flaw i saw on lazada and I hope lazada will continue to improve their sevices.

I had ordered from lazada a couple of times, all were great items. One was damaged due to lack of item protection and another not as described, but were returned and refunded. Their return is free through LBC. The only thing i would change is the checkout page. If you will not look closely, you might checkout without putting the coupon codes then you have to cancel and reorder again. That's what I did with one of my order, I used a code, but then it was automatically canceled for unknown reason. I have to email them to know but their response was immediate. Was refunded again.

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
