I bought a 2d sling bag. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected date even though it's raining hard in Cubao. It's in excellent condition and plastic wrapped for safety. The LBC guy did not send an sms though but when I checked the tracking page, it says out for delivery so I somehow expected it to be delivered the same day and they did. Thanks Lazada!

Order ako ng mumurahin na gamit na de battery. Tapos ang website, ang linis, "It will arrive in 7-10 Business days" ang ganda diba. Tapos kapag naglapse na yung delivery date at nag email sa customer support, saka pa lang sasabihin na matatagalan ang pagdelivery ng items mo kasi ganito kasi ganyan. Tangina mailagay mo lang bayad mo sa kanila, solb na sila. Ikaw, sangkatutak na sakit sa ulo. Walang kwenta binili mo kasi di mo magamit sa mga expected instances mo dahil di ito madedeliver on time.

AFTER OVER 14 DAYS. Beyond the standard delivery time frame (5-12 days). BEYOND the extension lazada gave themselves. Beyond Christmas (note that the item i ordered was supposed to be a gift for a loved one); beyond my forbearance!

I place an order last December 10 and it was out for delivery thru LBC last December 15,2015 and until now i haven't received the items. Order number is *******. They attempted to deliver it again last December 16,2015 however by 6pm they posted office closed. It is very impossible for the office to close because it is within the Mall. Now, it is out again for delivery December 17,2015 9:44am but until now i haven't gotten the items. LBC courier is not efficient.

We ordered last thursday, Dec. 10,2015. It's been a week, ano na po nangyari dun sa brush set ng # *******. Nung monday pa nagsend sa amin ng tracking number sa LBC pero 'til now "not yet registered" pa rin lumalabas. Samantalang yung isang order last Dec 12,2015, okay na sa track and trace ng LBC. Sana naman hindi naman yung order, pang regalo po yun this christmas. Medyo disappointing, kasi ang nakalagay sa standard delivery Dec. 18-19,2015, anong petsa na.

My issue goes like this, I order a speaker 1 item but my BDO debit card has no exp. Date on it, i just continue, it appears on "my orders" the question is how did it happen it should be invalid caus i didnt fill up the exp. Date i repeat the proces i did and my problem grows in the "My Orders placed in" I have 3 orders with the same item i need only one but i cant cancel it caus they dont email me the track number and there is no cancel option Im afraid Im going to pay all the 3 items and I wont recieve the item caus i didnt fill up all the payment form but i did put my account number please anyone help or explain if its ok?

I received an email and SMS that my order (*******) will be delivered today and that I have to prepare my payment. I waited whole day for my order to arrive but no one delivered it. You shouldn't have sent an SMS or email na madedeliver na yung order ko tapos wala na man pala. In short PALPAK! Your credibility is at stake here. I'm beginning to have a doubt in your company. Ayusin nyo na man ang proseso niyo para naman hindi mawalan ng tiwala ang customers nyo. Sana maresolve nyo yung unang issue ko (reversal) na nagcharge kayo sa Credit card ng kapatid ko tapos declined yung order ko. Naghihintay pa ko na mabalik yung pera na chinarge nyo dahil kung hindi, magmumura na talaga ako sa inyo. This is my first experience sa Lazada at akala ko magiging maganda at memorable ang resulta.

Last week, I ordered online. On the same day, I received an email and text message informing me that my order is already being processed. Later that same day, I got an email saying that my item has already been shipped. Last friday, I received another email and another email and text message informing me that I should prepare cash payment because the delivery will arrive that day. I waited but none came. I called Lazada CS Monday morning to follow up on the status of my order. I was told that my order will SURELY BE DELIVERED that day because it was the last day of the standard delivery schedule. So, i waited but none came. The same CSR told me that i will receive an email about our telcon but I did not receive any. I no longer want to wait for my order to be delivered so I want to cancel my order. I believe the item I ordered is being sold and fulfilled by Lazada itself. I'm just from Makati and Lazada is just a few walking minutes away but they still failed to deliver my order. Now, i do not have any use for it so I wish to cancel. Order number is: *******. Thanks

Things aren't GENUINE and NEW. This Lazada is $#*!. It's like the ONLINE Divisoria. Except for their appliances and kitchen wares. Apple headsets worth P999 discounted to P199. Sounds like the 100 peso worth headset on greenhills. Mic and volume not working. I suggest you guys don't order in this Online Divisoria anymore. Fake.

Answer: Katherine, since you already placed your order, there's nothing you can do but wait - so don't worry! (Be happy!) When it arrives and it's not up to your expectations, then you can return it (hopefully you shouldn't have a problem with the return). So just relax!

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: No, they don't. I have tried it once (I live in LA). Btw there's no reason to try. You can always just get the same service (only 1000 times better) with Amazon.com.
Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
