I live in the States but I still have family in the Philippines to whom I want to send needed supplies. Since voltage in the Philippines is different than in the States, I felt it best to send items directly from the Philippines, so I tried Lazada. I have now tried to place an order with them FIVE times in the last two days... each one getting cancelled. Their "customer service" (and I use that description loosely) is useless. I get the same story over and over again ("I'm sorry, but your transaction isn't getting through our security check") but no explanation as to why or more importantly, a SOLUTION. I called my bank and they confirmed they approved each attempted transaction so what is Lazada's problem?

As I wrote this review, I was on hold with "customer service." Call disconnected after 35+ minutes of waiting for someone to come to the line. I can't wait for another company to show Lazada how online shopping SHOULD be done. #Amazo

Nevet again!

I ordered a hoverboard for my daughter last week. They confirmed deliver and availabilty. However, a few days later i received a mail saying the order is cancelled and a refund will be given. I called their customer service and they said its their policy to automatically cancel and refund if item is not available. In other words, sorry ka na lang kung palpak sila. Really bad order fulfillment process and awful customer service. I would have bought another color if they offered but nobody even bothered calling. What a bunch of idiots.

Kulang ang item delivery

Hi lazada! Nag order kasi ako ng 5pcs sd card but 4 pcs lang ang dumating. Based sa invoice ng supplier 4 pcs lang at ang unit price nya ay 240 but yung total price nya ay 1200 then sa invoice ng lazada 5 pcs. Sya. Paano ko makukuha yung remaining 1 pc. Of sd card?

Missing refund

******* -order number Re- activation of Voucher

12-30-15 I made a transaction using my refund voucher but immediately cancelled the transaction because I found a better item. Initially I was advised 24-48 hrs and the refunds team will get back to me re my voucher reactivation.

Its the 13th of January. After several emails and follow up calls NOTHING HAPPENED. I STILL DONT HAVE ACCESS TO MY VOUCHER!

PLEASE BE ADVISE THAT THE VOUCHER IS NOT SOME KIND OF COURTESY, THAT VOUCHER IS FROM AN ITEM I ORDERED AND HAD TO RETURN TWICE BECAUSE ITS FALSELY ADVERTISED ON YOUR WEBSITE.

Ang tagal ng order ko promise nitong past few months naman ayos ang deliveries ng Lazada sa akin pero ngayong December talaga sobrang palpak dapat kahapon pa dumating yung parcel ko dahil Dec. 11 pa ako nag placed ng order hanggang ngayon nandun pa rin sa Alabang eh nung Dec. 17 pa yun nandun. Nag order aq nung last December 16,2015 at cnasabi nio na na shipped na ung order q thru LBC. Bat hanggang ngayon wala pa din? Anong petsa na! Eto ung order number q ORDER # *******. Utang na loob kung ndi nio kaya ideliver on time ung mga item wag nalang kayo mgbenta. Pang Christmas Gift q un sa mga inaanak q. Uuwi naq ng province sa Dec. 24, dapat magawan nio yan ng paraan LAZADA. GGrrrrrr. You must respond and reply to this concern!

To Lazada: I want my item to be delivered by tomorrow. Ilang beses q bang sasabihin na pangregalo q un at aalis naq ng Thursday Morning. Anjan naman na ung item sa Alabang, so far un ung latest update q. Bakit nio pa tinetengga kasi ung delivery doon e pwede naman ng ituloy ung delivery! May tracking number na at lahat-lahat pagdeliver nalang. Nasa Metro Manila lang naman aq bat mahiirapan pa kayo ideliver. Utang na loob. Pakideliver na po bukas. Ung dalawang items na kasabay q inorder dumnating naman on time. I am very disappointed with this kind of service!. I want an action not an apology!

Fake item recieved

I really want something special for my mother this christmas. I saw this branded bracelet being sold on lazada and bought it immediately. Since I was a kid, I am familiar with the brand since my mom loves to buy fancy stuff. I even checked the price on the store so did I know how much I am taking advantage of. When the package arrived, it is in a good condition. When I inspected the product I was disappointed that it is just an immitation. The brand itself is similar to the ones being sold on "bilao sa bangketa". "I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS HOW MUCH I DESPISE THE PRODUCT AND HOW MUCH I WAS RIPPED OFF BY PAYING 840 PESOS FOR BRACELET THAT CAN BE BOUGHT FOR 25 PESOS. I SHOULD SAY LAZADA IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF STUPID PEOPLE. YEAH I AM STUPID. -R. N. P III-
