I can't even reach their hotline number. I waited for 15 minutes and the last thing I heard forwarding then it ended. Knowing how poor their customer service they should hire more. Also most of their product are damaged, last December we order Christmas Light and it was shorted. Second they don't check if it is the right order. We received 3 slippers wrong size, 2 item (manicure set and make up brush) not as advertised or not the same item that we order. Sh*t.

I ordered a set of China bone coffee cups 12 pcs and the discretion is a (good quality cups) but when I received the cups looked junky and made of cement painted in white. Think twice before u guys ordered from this website. It's headache especially if u wanted ur $ back.

May item was suppose to be delivers last december 19 I waited until now then I recieved an email that my order is now cancelled because of it being stuck with courrier for a long time. It is not my fault I was waiting for the item everyday no courier ever came. Terrible never order from Lazada. Worst Ecommerce and customer service ever!

So lazada contacted me this morning to remind me that they will deliver my order today. I replied to the text asking them if they can deliver my item before 12nn since I work afternoon shift. I told them that no one will be at home from 12nn to 9pm but still the courier insisted to be at home at 12:30. Despite my notice the courier called me at 12:38 twice which I was not able to answer since I was already in the office. When I arrived home earlier this evening I text Lazada and asked if they can deliver my item tomorrow. Instead of re-scheduling the delivery they told me that they cancelled my order because "they cannot reach me" what the $#*!?! I'm so frustrated that I took screenshot of my convo with Lazada courier. I work as a Customer Service Rep and we consider changes requests from our customers. Why so inconsiderate? I will never use Lazada again and will post everything in Facebook to warn everyone about your horrible service!

As per reading one of your responses, it was mentioned that the standard delivery date is supposed to be 7-9 days if the shipping is within Metro Manila.

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: No, they don't. I have tried it once (I live in LA). Btw there's no reason to try. You can always just get the same service (only 1000 times better) with Amazon.com.
Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
