Okay this is alarming, yes i know iam partly at fault since i haven't researched enough before ordering but, why is my order still pending while i canceled it right away after reading about the product, it took me like 10mins after ordering the product to cancel it, and now still on process. I ordered an item for my sons birthday, we had enough time for delivery as per lazada, They then change the expected time to 1 day later this is still ok as it will be deliverd by his birthday, today is his birthday and lazada has not delivered. He is 6 years old and crying his eyes out thanks lazada. I call to customer care and they answer my call all they can tell me is its still in the warehouse i know this as i can see the tracker lazada then drop my call and when i call back they leave it ringing i stayed on for 20 mins still no answer as you can understand one of the hardest things to do is to calm down a very upset 6 year old on his birthday. Once again thanks lazada i will remember this for many years to come.

I ordered a 40k php iPhone 6 plus 128 gb from lazada, It was so late nasayang oras ko kakahantay. When it came, noticeable na madungis ung box, and then the worst thing happened. Sira ung phone.
I used to be a happy lazada customer, I ordered a lot of stuff from them before, this is my first time spending 40,000 pesos on an order. It was placed on december 27, they said the order will get delivered by jan 3 - 4 base on the website. I work as an iOS developer so ok sakin un kasi may work deadline ako ng january 10. It got delayed, it got so pushed back i called customer support.
Customer support first emailed me and said on january 13 around 1am that the item will be delivered today. Hindi dumating.
I called again the night before and the day after, sabi ng agents unresponsive daw LEX.
The item came january 15. But after close inspection, may sira ung hardware which is ung fingerprint scanner nung iphone.
Pag sira hardware ng phone hnd mo mauupdate or marerestore.
Lazada, I already shipped it via LBC yesterday, I hope when you recieve the item and process it hnd na malate ung replacement item and give it top priority.
This is not a chocolate fountain, or a self stirring mug or a flashlight with tazer. This is a 40 thousand peso phone.

What does it mean, when Lazada respond to a review and "wants to look into it"? Unfortunately nothing! I received this statement 1 week ago, after I gave them my details and nothing happened at all. They just want to give a signal to all other readers, that they finally care. The truth is, that they don't. Reviews are a good chance to take your customers serious and to follow up on complains. Lazada is missing this chance as well. They have no clue, that it is essential for a future of the company to keep customers satisfied and loyal instead of only winning new "one-time" customers. After 56 days I will now return my box (1 of 2), as they are not able to send the missing box within nearly 2 months. Let's see if they at least return the money. I will keep you posted.
Original Review from 11 days ago: We placed our order on Nov. 26th and received several items the next days. One item we ordered was sent in 2 boxes. We received only 1 box of them and wait now since 45 days for the second box. Calls, e-mails, requested photos we sent, did not help. We received always a standard text or no answer at all. Be prepared to wait for them 45 minutes on the telephone line, don't be disappointed when you get only answers to every third mail. And hope, that your item will be packed in just one box, otherwise it might be too complicate for them. This company is not able within more than 6 weeks to send the missing box. The key focus is just to sell items but not to care their customers.

Cancel Order Super Late Delivery! Cancel order number *******. It was supposed to be a christmas gift for our son. Christmas is over and until now we haven't received the unit. Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: No, they don't. I have tried it once (I live in LA). Btw there's no reason to try. You can always just get the same service (only 1000 times better) with Amazon.com.
Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
