I ordered and had to wait 1 month to get delivered by Lazada. Then they delayed my parcel for 3 days, then no more info but still not delivered. When I contacted them they apologized for the delay but only gave me a 100php voucher to be used. Wtf?
Lazada please contact me and take care of my case properly if you want that I remove this review
If you return and choose the store credit, they will split your total refund amount into many many small amount vouchers, you can only use once for each voucher or you will lose you money, they don't let you combine vouchers. It's a painful experience trying to mix& match items for you order to use vouchers trying not to lose money, it will cost you a lot of time, more and more money in order to use your all your money vouchers. Worst experience ever! Bull$#*! Lazada!

Lazada has kept disappointing me with items that always end up being fake, with seller home pages that always remain blank and void of any descriptions to who they are and what they prepare to sell. Item descriptions on the very name are not to be believed for most could mislead potential buyers. My personal experience had concluded me having to purchase a fake item, though it was branded to be an original. I will never use this app ever again and at this very moment I am waiting for this horrid item to be picked up by their courier and have me refunded of my hard-earned cash.

Don't buy from Lazada. Everything on the site is misleading, and customer service is the worst. The site is poorly constructed and is not maintained. I was in a chat with a customer service Jhofel-T and middle of the chat, he disappeared without warning, and I was informed that I was transferred to another customer service and in a queue. Good Job Lazada Philippines (NOT).

My experience with the app was decent, delivery service were also at the start was okay; but now it's purely awful and no longer reliable to an extent.
I've been a long time buyer from Lazada but their delivery service has went down the toilet.
Delivery statues has many times updated claim I have decline to receive my order when I didn't, despite my order having an awful waiting time.
I used to be an active Lazada user but their services has gone down the toilet.

Delayed refund process
I have tried contacting Lazada and spoke with few representative but nothings happened. Even a promised call from a supervisor I never heard back.

The money-back guarantee is a fraudsters picnic inside the company, it seems as a result of some hard digging, even interviewing employees and former employees privately.
While Lazada merchandise is largely counterfeit name brands and fake products like fake masks, fake smartphones, fake OTC medications, fake anything you can think of... I can say after my family has placed over 404 orders in six years, there has been a new scam in the past 18 months. Somebody in the chain of refunds management is stealing the money and it never reaches customers, yet they swear up and down that the money has been deposited to our bank account and produce after many letters, a phony legend entry with a bunch of unrecognizable irrelevant numbers, a date and an amount. Checking the bank and visiting the bank manager shows no such credits. This happened in the past 12 months over five matters that total more than 5,000 peso.
Who has that kind of money to give away to thieves?
We have tried Shopee, and have no complaints. But in the meantime, are talling to a journalist about this case.

This company is the absolute worst. What a total trainwreck of an organization. None of the employees have a clue about what's going on. I don't know where they find these people but you can't help but feel deeply embarressed for them. One thing is for sure, Lazada does not give a rat's behind about you as a customer. And most of the products they are selling are total junk. Good luck getting a refund!

I used to be a satisfied customer of Lazada overall, I only had minimal problems. Upon transferring to Lapu Lapu Cebu thats when it all began - False Delivery Attempts happens all of the time with LEX PH. They dont contact you and just tag your parcel as Failed Delivery. They dont care how important to me those parcels are.

I had a bad shipment on an order I received from lazada back 4 months ago. THye issued a refund to my Lazada Wallet, but I have no way of activating it. I was promised a refund via LBC 3 months ago, but it never came. I have ordered over 19,000 PHP on Amazon.com since then, which would have gone to Lazada. Today, I tried to resolve the issue and I got transferred 4 tines to a different department. Lazada customer service is 100% incompetent. I talked to FTC who is about to shut them down until they resolve over 7,000 outstanding complaints to the FTC. That is the only way they will learn what customer service is.

Insgesamt kann Lazada benutzt werden. Man muß nur wissen wie.
1) Der Laptop ist besser zu bedienen und übersichtlicher als die Handyapp.
2) Preise ändern sich zeitbedingt. Am Wochenende sind Artikel z.T. Teurer.
3) Suchfunktion in englisch / thailändisch gibt unterschiedliche Ergebnisse. Oft werden andere Ergebnisse angezeigt oder nicht gefunden. Nach Bestellung wird plötzlich das Gesuchte eigenständig angezeigt. Das ist frustrierend.
4) Waren sollte sehr lange mit anderen Anbietern im Text und Bild verglichen werden. Es gibt ständig Unterschiede, die auf den ersten Blick nicht erkennbar sind. Bei mir dauert es ca. 3 Stunden für eine Bestellung.
5) Es gibt mehrere Shops / Namen für ein und denselben Anbieter. Aufpassen. Eine Decke (bereits 2x bestellt) wollte ich zum gleichen Preis im Winter nachbestellen. Lieferzeit 4 Wochen. Aber zum doppelten Preis bei 90% der Anbieter, Lieferzeit ca. 4 Tage.
6) Rücksendung ca. 11x war ok. Aber 2x keine Antwort.
7) Bezahlung sollte nur per Karte erfolgen. Dann klappt es auch bei einer Rückvergütung. Bei Nachnahme an der Tür gibt es sonst Schwierigkeiten.
8) Den telefonischen Service kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich kein thai und nur bedingt englisch spreche.
9) Die Handyapp ist, wie bereits von anderen erwähnt, grottenschlecht in der Bedienung und absolut mit Werbung überladen.
10) In Thai ist Lazada für mich die einzige Möglichkeit relativ günstig einzukaufen. Direkt aus China bestellen sollte man vermeiden, wegen evtl. Rücksendung, Qualität, Rückzahlung, sehr lange Lieferzeiten hauptsächlich wegen Zollschlaf…
Fazit: Wer viele Dinge beachtet, Zeit hat zu vergleichen und auch mal auf eine Lieferung warten kann, ist bei Lieferungen bis ca. 5.000 THB gut beraten.
Qualität, besonders aus China (z.B. Blickdichte Fensterfolie) könnte nach einem halben Jahr den Gebrauch einstellen. Gilt aber auch für andere Dinge in Thailand.
Man sollte beachten: Asiatische Länder sind Show-Länder. Heute hergestellt, morgen verkauft, übermorgen nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Das kann, muss aber nicht so sein.
Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf kleine Bestellungen.
Na dann viel Spass bei Lazada und in Asien.
If I can give Lazada Zero star I'll do it. It is bad enough that LEX is now as slow as ninjavan ang gogoexpress, but the worst thing is the almost non existent customer service. The agents are extremely rude and respond with useless and wrong info, all they'll say are the things you already know. If something goes wrong with your oder it'll be an absolute nightmare because it is guaranteed that you'll never get any help at all. The agents will not try to help at all they'll just say " be patient" or "there's nothing we can do on our end" and they really take time to respond ( really slow like more than 5 mins just for a reponse) and just like adding insult to injury, you'll have to wait for all this nonsense for almost 30 minutes in a queue.

Bought shirts from bench in lazada ung large nila prang small napaka liit i asked for a return and refund the next day they picked it up pro ang tagal ng refund i sent a message in bench a million times pinasa ako sa lazada agent kinausap ko na ang 10 agents nila iisa ang sagot maghintay daw ako at may nag taray pa sa akin mag message dw ako sa bench in other words pinagpasa pasahan ako so i asked for help sa DTI mabilis pa sa alas kwatro lazada reached out to me ni refund ung binayad ko kailangan pang magsumbong bago gumawa ng action then ngayon biglang naglagay sila ng policy na no return no refund and hindi dw sila liable kung mali ang size. Napaka stupid nyo lazada! And also bench! Pano masusuot ng buyer ung item kung di kasya and hindi kami tumatae ng pera! This experience traumatized me. Dont patronize lazada and bench.

I'm a customer of Lazada. This 9.9 sale alone, I've spent about 14,000 pesos to buy some of their listed products. I had a big problem with one particular seller. After several days of not shipping my order and after the sale is already over, I asked why my order is not being shipped and they told me that the item was not available and I told them that they could've told me earlier so I could've bought something else from other sellers while it was still on sale. The seller is very unhelpful and wouldn't refund right away. I contacted Lazada customer support and talked to several representatives. I was then passed to supervisor Sally (Salvacion) who then called me and promised that the refund will be processed within the day and that she will issue a voucher of 800 pesos. She only issued a voucher of 500.
I contacted customer support again the next day trying to rectify the issue. At this point, the 9.9 was extended and I saw an item that I want from another seller and thought I could get it with the refunded money and correct voucher amount. Sally kept promising that it will be refunded today and that she can correct the voucher amount but yet again, nothing happened. I even contacted the seller numerous times to have them cooperate with Lazada. I was not getting help at all from anyone.
One representative in particular, dropped the chat and refused to help me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. One supervisor, Maricar, also promised me that the manager will call me but nothing came. The extended sale passed and I was locked out of the discount. At this point, my chat requests are not being handled as it looks like they've blocked me from contacting customer support.
I'm now seeking legal advise on how to handle the issue further.

Lazada's courier Jeffrey S Tayag cancelled my request for re-delivery despite the fact that he knows I filled in the Re-Delivery Form as soon as the status was Delivery Attempt Unsuccessful. He intentionally cancelled it to irritate his customer. Lazada's courier have the worst attitude versus Shopee couriers. I order from Lazada at least 5 times every week, thus couriers already know my address and my transactions. I have already lobbied, plead to them that they deliver my orders in the morning or at least before 2PM, because I have work at 3PM and my partner also sleeps at around 1PM, let alone Lazada's sorting center is just 5-10 minutes away since I live in Buting Pateros only, this courier cannot wait but to cancel my orders. Seems like their courier is working to just cancel orders and not deliver them. Lazada is not listening, at all to it's customers, and they still continue employing these incompetent people.

Lazada would have to be the most pathetic online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 1 TV. Then they cancelled it the day of delivery. Then I ordered a 2nd one. Then guess what happened same again. Glad I didn't pay up front. Do not ever deal with this company. I could even get a positive reply from them

The lack of Translation at the website and the discription of the items, ends in some bad choices or wrong orders. Like ordering brownies and got ONE (1) Brownie. The communication between seller and Lazada is very bad. A lot of broken pieces or wrong pieces. I think I have already lost $500, because of my temporary disability I can't always check boxes and ensembling the items right away.
I been ask to change my review if I want a refund I said first the money back. The review was gone. I didn't took it down
But the most annoying thing is, it's most in Thai language and I really get it. We live in Thailand. But you can't copy and paste to translate any of the information and that is bad.
I was looking for another Amazon and oh boy was I wrong...
To say it in one sentence: Lazada is the worst online shopping what I have experienced and I shopped for business as well with AliExpress, Alababa and couple more. But Lazada topped them all with their zero+ customer service and website.

If you're new to Lazada, and you're a foreigner, you might wanna be extra careful. Because I was scammed too. Some of the sellers are fraud. I ordered a football boot, Adidas which looked real and good. It was on a flash sale. I ordered it and got it delivered. The funny part is that i didn't receive any messages regarding delivery date and updates. Since I ordered a lot of items, I accepted the item thinking it's one of the orders delivering early(some of my orders are accepted by my house keeper when I was away from apartment) To my surprise, I have been delivered an item(out of nowhere, a randomly sized shoe) I didn't order at the price of the football boot. The item when checked on lazada costs half the price of my ordered item.
I tried contacting the seller but it's not reading messages. Few days later, the seller disappeared from Lazada.
I tried contacting the customer care but i couldn't get through. Their computer generated answers from Cleo is no help.
In saying that I'm not generalizing the legit-ness of all sellers. Some are really good and responsive and genuine products.
I just hope my experience would help someone innocent out there to be extra cautious if you encounter flash sales and sceptical looking new sellers. No matter how much yu like the product, try and validate the details of the seller before ordering.

Answer: You can access them thru phone or email en they were answer you back quickly. Some times some orders taking so long is b'coz of the availabilty of the product. Lazada will keep you updated but expect delays during christmas rush...

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
