I did cancel my trial after realizing none of their documents are useful. My bank kept rejecting their documents. After 4 months I realized I was getting a monthly charge of $35. Called their customer service and they refused to reimburse, even when I never used any of their documents for months. Now I have to pay $140 for nothing.

I already had a subscription to a lease agreement, and it would have been nice to know up front that additional costs would be incurred to access a purchase agreement. Otherwise, why let me access your platform through the same email and password?

The service is okay, but they've charged me lots of money. The state it's completely free, but they ask for your card's details first in order to let you use "the free". Suspicious isn't it? I noticed they were charging my card for the last five month and I used them only once in my life.
I paid for subscription but cannot log into account as I have auto generated passwords which this website does not accept

Was having problems with downloading of my files. Chose to "chat" with an agent for assiistance.
The agent's name was "Becky"! She is a keeper! Very professional and ask the right questions and gave me perfect instructions on what to do... Many places will not offer copy of the "chat" sessions. Being 80 years old, needed all the help I could get. Becky sent me an email providing the instructions provided in the chat... SHE WAS AWESOME... Thanks to LawDepot AND Becky!
