They made a point of saying in big letters "100% free", then snooker you in with a so-called free trial, so it's really not free. They charged me $35 for three months, even though I contacted them to cancel. They claimed that they received no phone call. Scam to get your money. I didn't use the service, and didn't agree to have an ongoing account.

Nothing is truly free on this site except a line of bull. They want your credit card number for most transactions. Seems predatory to me and blatantly dishonest. It is a matter of semantics and while technically they can claim that certain services are "free", its still a hustle. Not the kind of folks I would be comfortable working with. Check out their BBB rating, abysmal.
Website boldly states that it is free, but in order to be free you must first subscibe to their services entering card details, and then you must cancal before the 1 week free trial ends. ONLY then wil it be free. Yes its still free - so technically correct. But not what is advertised 'Completely Free'!

I signed up for their "free trial" to do one sample form. When I checked my credit card statement I had been charged $44.07! After I contacted them they said I had agreed to pay when the "free trial" ended. I said I had never received any notice of any charges but they insisted they had sent out emails. Probably in my junk mail. They refused to refund the charge I did not agree to. I am a struggling pensioner so this is food money but they don't care.
Outstanding service and very easy to establish, highly recommend it.

Scammers! They charged me £329.89 charging me every month without informing me or proving any receipt after a free trial for a simple document!
Would not refund me even when it was clear I had NEVER used it other than to download the one free document.
I did cancel the subscription also, only found out when doing my accounts.
Check Trustpolet, have 80 reviews with 80% of them giving them 1 star!
I am still interested in ordering the one-year prescription subscription

Law Depot gives you the run around to cancel, they push it out by ignoring your email requests, until the 7 day refund is no longer available. They then tell you it is not based on 'USAGE" even though you havent used it then refuse to issue the refund.
There are plenty of other companies who are honorable DO NOT USE THIS ONE

As you already know, the Free Trial for one week automatically renews to a monthly fee of $35.00 after the Free Trial expires. Based on the number of times you signed up for the Free Trial and failed to cancel twice within the 7 days, we have granted you courtesy refunds from the past. Unfortunately, since this has already been the 3rd time you demanded a refund for a Free Trial that exceeded the 7 days, we can no longer grant you that. LawDepot has no obligation to refund a Free Trial turned into a paid service.
