I think it should have a better way to add the extra clauses like som excemples to make it as formal as the contract is. It could be done by keyword search and the person could copy and paste to the addicional clause with some editing on the info.
I wish I could give a lower rating. THEY ARE THIEVES. The system relies on you forgetting to cancel after the free subscription period of 2 days. You would think a legal firm had more integrity. Their personnel have no compassion and will NEVER refund you when asked. If you must use their service, be VERY careful.
Some information was missing during the process of creating the document and it would have made a difference in the type of documents that was purchased.

Alo ways, Qyit ClaimDeed form was done by Lawyers perfectly, only mine,in August 9 th, 2022, they took me out of property ---after 'In Volume' I jus was adding my son as Grantee after my other son was there from December 30 2020, in palm Beach county,Now I have to look for Lawyer to correct my Quit Claim Deed-----after I was throwing out of my property-as a Grantor.
